Today is a special day.
The Natives, goblins, and Naga have gathered on Death Island.
Perhaps out of fear of Chen Feng, or a longing for a new life, after a period of developnt, so creatures with obvious [Alien] tags have integrated into the human collective.
This is an enfeoffnt ceremony.
Three races, totaling sixty-seven individuals, have beco official residents under Chen Feng’s command.
Yes, not everyone, but those who have excelled and made significant contributions to Order have this honor.
It must be ntioned that among these sixty-seven individuals, goblins account for more than half. Compared to the stubborn Natives and the uniquely appearing Naga, the way goblins express loyalty can only be described as enthusiastic.
Undeniably, goblins are vile creatures.
When faced with beings stronger than themselves, they show extre humility, most directly manifested by goblins in high positions willing to turn against their own kind to please Chen Feng.
Ruthless exploitation.
Goblins possess an innate understanding of construction. During the power reconstruction, they contributed significantly, busy figures seen in Bridge East, T City, and even Death Island.
Becoming official residents ans they will say goodbye to the identity of slaves and receive the sa payroll treatnt as normal people.
This signifies that as long as they continue working, they can not only have a ho of their own and receive food rewards but even advance to higher positions to participate in the expansion of Order.
Sixty-seven Alien Race individuals stand in place, visibly nervous, but more so excited. Becoming official residents, though the resources obtained are tempting, the more crucial point is that they have the desired freedom, no longer needing to fear penalties or executions for so violations.
Over ti, they have learned what loyalty ans.
The practices from their holand are outdated, as in this land, everything emphasizes [Unity].
Food is not rare; with effort, even the vilest slaves have food to fill their stomachs, compared to the hostile environnt of their holand where the next mont they might be treacherously killed by companions over food. Although this land also harbors so terrible disasters and monsters, it attracts many to its favor.
The Natives, Naga, and goblins, elevated as role models to beco official residents, stand tall before Chen Feng, eager to beco mbers of the human group.
[Gray Wolf] stands to the side.
As a leader of the Native people, he was originally on the list for this enfeoffnt, yet he submitted a refusal request to Chen Feng, abiding by so special beliefs.
Only when all his people beco official residents will he accept such benefits and treatnt.
So might consider this foolish.
Perhaps.
Yet Chen Feng still agreed to his request, as despite being an Alien Race, Chen Feng appreciates [Gray Wolf]’s attitude towards his people.
Compared to goblins with no limits for advancent, the spirit shown by Gray Wolf is truly admirable.
...............
Teams of people begin to get busy.
Though the number involved in this ceremony is not many, mostly the warriors remaining on the island, Chen Feng still held a small banquet afterward.
Delicate food was piled on the tables.
The Naga had difficulty consuming the cooked food; they preferred the fresh taste from the ocean over human cooking.
Chen Feng was prepared.
Baskets of fresh seafood were brought up.
Initially, the Naga were a bit restrained, but as the variety of food increased, they gradually began enjoying the delicacies before them.
A giant shrimp half a ter long was held by a Naga; even in the ocean, biological changes occurred due to apocalypse energy.
These giant shrimp possess attack abilities, able to release mild electric currents upon touching enemies, leaving an ordinary person unconscious in a second or even causing sudden heart stoppage.
However, this poses no threat to the Naga.
The giant shrimp, half a ter long, was held in hand, and in just seconds, the Naga bit off the shrimp’s head before it could even react to release currents, becoming a gourt delight in the Naga’s stomach.
Alien Race creatures are still sowhat different from humans.
With the allure of delicacies, the Natives and goblins also join this raw feast.
Due to lifestyle habits from the original Dinsion, filling the stomach is a priority over cooking food with flas, as cooking takes too much ti and triggers enemy attention.
Raw consumption.
This might be inherent culture from so primitive Dinsions.
The giant shrimp was fine, with not much blood, but fish had plenty of blood; halfway through the banquet, the group’s bodies were already stained with blood plasma, the stench spreading around.
Rather than a banquet, it was more like a wild dance of demons.
Chen Feng wiped his mouth, looking at the devastated ground, sowhat regretting the decision to provide fresh seafood.
War, chaos, slaughter.
In fact, except for the human world, nothing noteworthy ever erges from other Dinsions.
For example, in Endless Abyss and Bloody Hell, undeniably, these Dinsions harbor countless strong beings; any Lord could be catastrophic to the human world.
But within such worlds of formidable beings, nothing but chaos and slaughter dominates, the special environnt preventing any civilization from arising.
The environnt extinguishes the hope of civilization.
Even so calm Alien Races fade quickly amidst chaos, disappearing in the tides of history.
But before us.
Even though these Alien Race creatures hold very primitive values, they still learn human ways of life under broader directions.
Isn’t this fulfilling?
Like an ignorant puppy gradually tad by its owner, not knowing what [Goodbye] and [Fetch] an, but knowing obeying the owner’s commands grants a stable dwelling and filling food, it is sufficient.
[Gray Wolf] is indeed an Alien Race.
Admiration does not equate to agreent.
To Chen Feng, compared to thoughtful Alien Race creatures, what he desires is a group of obedient pets.
Even though pets occasionally do annoying things like rummaging through roadside garbage or rolling in mud pits, as long as loyalty is maintained, these habits are tolerable.
At the banquet’s closing, a Dark Departnt mber hurriedly runs over, with abilities akin to teleportation, disappearing each ti and advancing three ters. A black smoke condenses beside Chen Feng as the warrior bows his head and whispers an update.
Chen Feng’s expression turns somber.
An unfamiliar power requests to et him.
Humans have not gone extinct.
Even in the apocalypse, there are always so fortunate ones.
With [Order]’s expansion, this city has garnered attention from surrounding forces, expectedly.
Yet, now, what astonishes Chen Feng is that the force requesting a eting is not human...
