In a faraway multi-universe...

A planet could be seen orbiting with three moons and a giant red sun.

This was one of the few planets in the multi-universe with life, yet at this mont, the planet was devoid of life.

On a mountain, a terrifying being could be seen, his eyes cold, yet within their cold luster, a hint of pity could still be seen.

Beneath the mountain where he stood were corpses upon corpses. Yes, it was a massacre. A mont ago, this planet was still bustling with life, but this being destroyed everything, and even after he did, he felt remorse.

"Why must I do this?" a tired male voice asked as he clenched his fist.

[Ding host, you are under a terrifying organization. Do this or another will be sent.]

"What if I resist? What if I stand against them?" the being asked, his voice shaken.

[Then you, your family, and your people will be killed.]

"Huff…"

The male couldn't speak as his gaze wandered to the sky.

At this mont, the sky brightened as the last sunrise was witnessed by this planet.

The sunlight glimred on the man's face, revealing more of him.

Sharp brow eyes, a handso appearance, a terrifying lean body filled with power that could destroy a galaxy.

This was a familiar figure to all of Dreadborne.

This was Trul.

"Well… it is dying then," Trul looked at the planet and disappeared.

Imdiately he left, and the sun dimd , not because a cloud on the planet blocked it. No, it was sothing much more.

Boom…

Instantly, a bright light was seen, and everywhere it touched was erased.

As it turned out, this planet was instantly erased from existence, along with the three moons, for its sun exploded.

The huge energy released from the explosion of the sun took the planet and the moons along with it.

And after the light settled, only silence and nothingness remained.

And in this galaxy, more explosions like this echoed and happened not until this one.

"I can't…" Trul's eyes turned red. To be factual, he wasn't a pure righteous person, but killing trillions of lives over and over does sothing to soone.

Now Trul felt as if he was being pressed down by the innocent souls he had taken from this world.

And why must he do this?

Hahaha, even he doesn't know. Only that his mission had changed from just destroying to taking the planet's core.

To the outside world, it sounds better, but Trul knew it was still the sa after all once the planets core was gone it was good as dead. As for what they needed the planet's core for.. well

Trul was too low-level to know.

But the living beings on this planet were his fellow humans.

Trul was not that dark-hearted. Yes, maybe he was selfish, but the people he had killed previously were from other races. Even if he knew it was wrong, at least they weren't human.

There were still so ways to scatter his guilt, but when it reached killing his very own race, his defenses were broken.

"System, why… why is the Dreadborne organization this cruel? What happened, and why are we able to move this freely? Why are we destroying creatures, yet no organization stands up? It has been hundreds of years, yet the Dreadborne seem to have grown strong enough to be above the Five Organizations," Trul's voice was shaken as he spoke.

[Host, power answers all.]

Trul sighed at this as his eyes beca stern.

He knew exactly what the system ant. If he had enough strength, wouldn't he be a high mber? Wouldn't he know everything? But even with the terrifying limitless potential of the blood he was given by the Dreadborne, even with his physique, his growth was still not up to what he wanted.

Being a Galaxy Realm being (a Rank 2 being) in the multi-universe was just another ant, maybe a pawn the true powerhouses control.

"I won't do this…" Trul sat on a building roof as he looked down.

He was dressed in a spotless white traditional robe as he looked at the burning civilization.

This was one of the human race just birthed by the multi-universe. They had just reached the technological age and were still far from interstellar travel.

It brought back many mories of the history told when he was still a young boy going to school, with his physique undiscovered.

Sigh…

"I guess there are similarities between them and our forefathers' generation stuck on Earth in the Milky Way galaxy," Trul laughed softly.

His eyes never left the civilization.

And so, seconds turned into minutes, then hours, and finally days passed as Trul observed this small human race on this new planet.

At his realm, he didn't need to eat nor do other mundane things necessary for normal humans. So he could even stay like this for years and nothing would happen to him.

Just as a month passed by, Trul's eyes finally changed as his facial expression shifted rapidly.

His ribs fluttered as he turned around and spoke.

"Who?" Trul narrowed his eyes as he said.

"Trul… what are you doing delaying the plans of the Above?" a familiar voice said, and Trul's eyes narrowed even more.

A familiar figure appeared as Trul said,

"Raizen," Trul muttered.

A truly rough man appeared, wearing black technologically advanced armor with a giant axe strapped onto his back.

"Hehe, what are you waiting for? I have cleared my section. Destroy this planet and let us leave," Raizen chuckled slightly.

"Or are you already that weak?" Raizen asked with a sneer as Trul rolled his eyes.

Even if he destroyed thousands of planets in a day as a Galaxy Realm being, he wouldn't even feel weak, talk less of being tired. Raizen was definitely mocking him for not finishing on ti. Ever since he beat him during their trial to join Dreadborne, Raizen had always been on his tail, wanting to get back at him. But well, Trul had always been the stronger between them and always won every battle.

"I'm leaving. Let's go back," Trul sighed as he walked past Raizen.

Just then, a big hand yanked his arm as Raizen spoke.

"You are forgetting sothing," Raizen said with a faint laugh.

"I'm not destroying this planet," Trul said as Raizen laughed and released his arm.

"When did you beco a joker?" Raizen asked, but the expected chuckle from Trul didn't appear.

"I do an it. I'm letting them live."
