And then, sothing stirred unexpectedly.
Above his navel, in the center of his chest, a new resonance pulsed. The Middle Dantian glowed faintly, like a seed of starlight waiting to sprout. Qi trickled into it, and his awareness truly expanded outward.
He gasped. The mist in the chamber no longer felt external. He sensed lingering ripples of qi in the walls, and sharper than all the watchful gaze of his master’s clone upon him.
"The Chong Mai connects deeply into the organs and dantian... the Dai Mai seals it from spilling outward..." Yu Xuan thought in awe.
His eyes opened, glowing faintly.
"Spirit sense..." he whispered.
His master’s lips curved faintly into a smile.
The Great Heavenly Cycle had stabilized. The twelve primary ridians and four extraordinary vessels flowed as one.
His body was no longer a vessel for borrowed qi, it had beco its own world.
Foundation Establishnt was complete.
And then—
[System Notification]
[Foundation Establishnt – Sub-Stage 1]
[Gates – 2nd Realm Pathway: 24/24 Gates Stabilized]
[Primary ridians(organs) Awakened: Lung, Kidney, Large Intestine, Bladder, Heart, Small Intestine, Spleen, Stomach, Liver, Gallbladder, Pericardium, Triple Burner]
[Extraordinary Vessels: Ren Mai, Du Mai, Chong Mai, Dai Mai — FLOWING]
[True Spiritual Sense Awakened...]
The system’s chanical chis echoed in his mind, but Yu Xuan let them pass. His focus was not on numbers or milestones, but on the rhythm of qi coursing through him.
Cycle after cycle, he guided his breath, completing the Great Heavenly Circulation again and again. The currents grew smoother, richer, as though the heavens themselves were answering his call.
He had always wondered — if he was so strong, why did breakthrough cultivation still feel so profound? Why did each step shake him to the core, revealing depths he had never expected?
There was sothing hidden within the path, he was sure of it. So truth beyond what was said or heard. He was ready to explore it himself.
Unaware of ti passing, Yu Xuan remained seated in silence, wholly engrossed in his cultivation session.

The Elental Heaven Peak Master gazed at her disciple, her expression faintly complicated as she watched him cultivate in perfect serenity.
The first thing she noticed was that the technique Yu Xuan practiced was not the one she had personally handed down to him.
His breathing, his circulation, it all carried a different rhythm, unfamiliar to her. Yet she said nothing.
Both of them shared a particular connection, she rather not talk about.
She let the thought rest and sighed softly. His talent was nothing short of terrifying.
He had not only opened the next twelve gates with ease — gates after the ninth that were considered racial shackles for humans, barriers ant to be broken only at the peak of Foundation Establishnt and only by extraordinary geniuses.
But he had done so as though it were natural. Such progress was absurd, like a scholar not only passing an exam without study, but studying after the results had already been announced topping the exams, only to gain knowledge.
And then there was his spirit sense.
She herself was called a prodigy, yet even she had only awakened her spirit sense at the perfected stage of Foundation Establishnt.
Yu Xuan, however, had done it the mont he stepped into the realm, simply by following the natural course of cultivation.
Another sigh escaped her lips as her gaze lingered on the boy sitting cross-legged before her. Watching him, she could no longer tell whether this was fortune or misfortune, that she was unable to teach him.

Xuan’s Chronicles: My Ordinary Life. [continued from Chapter 94]
Standing there, regal and silent, was a nine-tailed fox. Its fur shimred like fresh snow under sunlight, and its golden eyes locked directly onto mine.
Its tails swayed lazily, each one twice the size of its body. I stared at the fox. The fox stared at . A battle of eye contact neither of us won.
But I knew it wouldn’t harm after all, it literally lived in the back mountain of my clan. If it wanted dead, I’d already be fertilizer. And besides, it looked... intelligent.
So, naturally, I did the only logical thing possible in a cultivation world. I pulled out a candy from my pouch, held it out, and gestured politely.
"Candy?"
The fox tilted its head, sniffed, then, plop, ate it up, in one bite.
Its golden eyes glead. Clearly, it liked it.
And then, without warning, I lost balance. My vision spun, and the next thing I knew, I was sitting on its back.
Its tails curled around , soft and warm, comfier than any luxury sofa Earth could ever dream of producing. I swear I could’ve fallen asleep right there, king of my own furry throne.
Then the fox leaped into the sky.
"WOOOOHHHHH!" I scread, clinging for dear life as the world blurred beneath . But the tails held steady, snug as seatbelts crafted by immortals.
The view was breathtaking — mountains, rivers, clouds drifting in the sky. The fox bounded across the air itself, sotis running on it as if the sky were solid ground.
For fifteen glorious minutes, I rode a roller coaster no amusent park could ever replicate.
During the ride, I pondered nas. Surely it had one already, but I wanted to give it my own.
Sothing majestic. Sothing fitting.
Definitely not "Yuki."
Nope.
Absolutely not.
When we finally landed, my heart was still racing. I instantly knew: this would not be the last ride. And I would absolutely not tell my sister. She’d ruin it for sure.
Before parting, I offered another candy. The fox ate it happily, tails swishing in delight.
I smiled. "Xiaohu Celestine Amane Von Yu... I’ll co for you again."
Without daring to look back, I started walking away, silently hoping it wouldn’t suddenly transform into a devastatingly beautiful woman.
...Of course, I peeked anyway. Just a little.
The fox was still there, staring at with those confusing golden eyes. As if wondering, What is this human up to?
