The mont Elder Kun saw the dallion, his eyes flashed with surprise.
’An Irregular...’ he thought.
Irregulars were extrely rare — a phenonon that had only occurred a handful of tis throughout the sect’s vast history.
Looking at the youth in front of him, Elder Kun instinctively had high expectations.

He was quietly grateful that he’d chosen to seal his cultivation and co here physically rather than sending a clone like most of the other elders and peak masters.

The air turned heavy. Walls shimred. The space itself began to distort.
The room was now on the brink of collapse.
The only one with a bad look was Elder Kun thinking the fate of this room is to be destroyed today.

Xuan’s Chronicles: My Ordinary life.
It’s been a few days since I went adventuring with Lingluo into the back mountain.
Having been there once, I’ve gotten a rough idea of the forest’s nature.
It seems the forest is incapable of harming — or, more precisely, anyone connected to the Yu Clan. I suspect the forest has a spirit of its own.
I couldn’t sense it directly, but I, Yu Xuan, am far too perceptive to be fooled.
Even when I used [Telekinesis] to save us both, I noticed sothing odd — the river actually helped us. And in this world, rivers having spirits isn’t all that uncommon.
If I had to describe it in Earth terms, these kinds of places are like protected sanctuaries. Cultivators tend to leave destruction in their wake, so soone — or sothing — has to clean up after them.
That "soone" ends up being Mother Nature herself. It’s not surprising that nature eventually manifests a will of its own.
I’ve read in the clan library that most of these natural spirits take on a female form because the Dao designated the title of [Nurturer] to females only. That part remains a mystery to .
Maybe... because a group of n is called "irresponsible"?
I am open to that debate.
Anyway, I left that philosophical thoughts for another ti.
With a few candies in my pouch and a stick in hand, I headed to the Eastern Garden first.
There, beneath the shade of vibrant spirit trees, I passed the ti by shaping clouds in the sky — letting my imagination drift freely.
Feeling freedom, I shouted, "I am the Emperor!!! Hahah...."
Then later, as per my own tradition, I resud my favorite pasti: poking the koi fish with my stick.
There was one in particular koi fish — slightly different from the others, with blue patterns tracing along its body.
Unlike the rest, which usually swam away when bothered, this one always ca back at , with eyes full of anger.
Its persistence amused .
I felt that, the koi understood that I was annoying it.
So I liked that particular koi even more.
In fact, I began feeding it occasionally. Even when angry, it never refused food.
Sothing tells ... our future is going to intertwine soday.
