Hunk, Shrapnel, Ma Yang and Shi Tao were there. Shi Lang asked, "Where are the others?"
Commander Silence walked up and sat down beside them and replied, "I was held back by a report. It is nothing."

The five chiefs were present and Shi Lang looked at them as he said, "Hunk, you will arrange a remote drone monitor system to keep a watch over every patrol team and fifty kiloters around them. I want you to leave no blind spot in this surveillance."
Hunk nodded and Shi Lang continued, "Assign one soul arts master in every patrol squad. I know that the number of soul masters is low, but ask them to work in rotation and do not give them any assignnt if it is not necessary. They can use the soul calming ans to help the others stay firm in case they co across any situation."
Shi Tao nodded, and Shi Lang looked at Ma Yang and said, "Chief Ma, I need you to produce as many detection bells as you can and attach them to poles. Have the patrol teams erect one pole every few ters."
The man nodded and after so more thought. Shi Lang arranged a new dynamic that would prove better for maintaining calm during these tis. He then said, "Tell everyone that the infection gets serious when they are exposed to it for a chronic duration. My video clip was the worst case scenario and more than that it was to tell them it can be defeated even when you do not have complete control over yourself as long as you have a point to hold on to and fight for your sanity."
Commander Silence said, "I will promote this to the people so you do not have to worry about it. Things have been a bit busy with constant coordination with various forces, but we will be getting back on track soon."
Shi Lang nodded and asked, "What is going on with Darcx and Jenkins?"
Hunk smiled and said, "Jenkins ca over and is now learning the ropes under . He asked to see if he can et you, and I told him that I will ask when you have ti."
Commander Silence said, "Darcx is fine, he is teaching the operators about basic interrogation."
Shi Lang nodded and said, "They can co and et after this eting. I will be leaving for the northern continent so I am not sure when I will be back."
Shi Tao looked at him and asked, "Do you plan to leave when the situation is so tense?"
The Terran counted the events on his fingers and then said, "The culprit will be found soon. So, you do not have to worry. I will leave when I have dealt with this issue properly. I cannot have my people exposed to danger like this, can I?"
Shi Tao nodded and then after looking at Hao i she said, "Kiddo, you did well."
Shi Lang raised his brow and asked, "What do you an by this?"
Hao i smiled and replied, "They all wanted to bring up the concerns to you, but they could not do it. They were afraid that they might not be able to explain everything completely to you and thus I ca over."
Shi Lang smiled and shook his head as he said, "They are so stupid. Am I a monster?"
The group conversed about the topic in detail and then they left. Shortly after they left, Jenkins and Darcx ca over. The two of them looked at Shi Lang who was sitting in the pavilion.
Jenkins took a deep breath and said, "Are you okay?"
Shi Lang looked at his old friend and nodded with a faint smile. Then he looked at Darcx, who sighed and said, "Captain, you have to be honest with us."
Shi Lang smiled and shook his head as he said, "If I admit this, I will go crazy."
Jenkins ca up to Shi Lang and punched him in the shoulder as he said, "Bastard, you ordered hunk to work to the ground. You know that I am the best cha Pilot in the entire federation? Hunk is treating like a bloody intern in the ch lab."
Darcx chuckled from the side and said, "Imagine the great General Jenkins, the hero of Cylon War, treated like a rookie."
Shi Lang raised his brow and asked, "The Cylon System went to war with us?"
Darcx nodded and said, "They tried to take over a fleet by force, General Jenkins was travelling after retirent when he received a distress signal and went crazy. The war started and ended in two months, and he made the most kills."
Shi Lang rolled his eyes and said, "How did they allow an old tir take away the achievents? I curse you in the na of young people. Old Theif."
Jenkins blushed and clenched his fist as he yelled, "Motherfuckers, should I have waited for them to die? Cylon outnumbered the fleet three to one. Also, Darcx, you bitchy little wimp, do you think I don't know how you were caught red handed having an affair with that Shanok race idol."
Shi Lang waved his hand and cast a barrier around themselves before he said, "Fuckers, watch your mouth. I have children here. Also, Darcx you kinky asshole, you better stay away from the underaged girls here. That ans, everyone under fifty years old. I will beat your ass and have you run around naked."
Darcx shivered and said, "Captain, how can you gang up with this old man? How can you be so truthful about this threat? I swear that I will behave."
The three bantered and insulted each other with hyper cussing, before they fell silent and started laughing. So relations would always be able to connect back where the people left it. The three of them were friends who had seen life and death together. More than that, they knew the real Shi Lang. The one in this life.
