Grey was the last to enter the building, he wasn't in a hurry. To be honest, the mont the array formation was broken, he didn't sense any form of danger from the building. The thought of only this array being set up to stop them ca to mind. He couldn't believe that this was the only form of protection this place had. Just as Grey speculated, they didn't encounter any more danger as they entered the building.
The building wasn't large, only around fifty to sixty square ters, having a few small rooms. Looking around, Grey noticed that they were in an empty hall, seeing the doors around, he knew that whatever treasures were here were all kept in these rooms.
City Lord Vaughn looked around and inquired, "Would you all like to investigate each room together or should we all move separately?"
If they moved in a group, then whatever is found would be shared by each of them. However, if they started to explore each room on their own, then the chances of so of them returning empty-handed was quite high. Of course, this also ans that so people will benefit more.
City Lord Vaughn glanced at Lord Harry who didn't utter a word and moved closer to him, they were long ti friends, and also the City and Vice City Lords of Raging Flas City, so it's normal that he wanted to move with City Lord Vaughn. City Lord Vaughn glanced at Grey and saw that he had an expression that said 'he was fine with whichever decision they made'.
The two City Lords exchanged glances, recalling that only City Lord Vaughn was able to break through the array, they didn't dare to get separated from him. The skeletons on the courtyard are enough to kill whatever greed they had. Besides, it's not like they've even seen any treasure yet
"Since that's the case, then let's go."
City Lord Vaughn walked straight to the nearest door. There were six rooms in total, and the group started with the first one. City Lord Vaughn thought for a while before saying, "We don't know what's in the other rooms. If everyone is okay with it, this Old man will keep everything, and when we're done we can share them. If anyone has any objections, they can speak up."
Hearing City Lord Vaughn's words, the other two City Lords exchanged glances with Grey. They knew Lord Harry naturally wouldn't have any issues with this, and after giving it so thoughts, they nodded to it too. First off, there's no way City Lord Vaughn could cheat them since they were seeing the items. And although City Lord Vaughn is powerful, the two City Lords believed that if push ca to shove, they'd be able to take down City Lord Vaughn on their own. As long as Grey could deal with Lord Harry, that is.
City Lord Vaughn made his move, stretching his hand toward the first table. As soon as his hand got close, a sense of danger ca, causing him to pause for only about a second. He quickly steeled his mind, circulating his essence in preparation for any unforeseen events. To the surprise of everyone, although the protective barrier around the first table looked strong, it was shattered by City Lord Vaughn's essence with ease.
Without the protective light, the item placed on the table ca to view. It was a scroll that looked ancient. Picking it up, City Lord Vaughn inspected it for a while, looking around, he knew the others were also quite curious as to what the scroll contained.

Since awakening his space elent, it has basically been his most important elent. Without the space elent, he knew he would've died countless tis over already. Moreover, from what he could tell, this was a space elental attack technique. Other than dinsional slash, he didn't know any other space elental techniques. So seeing one here, he was almost blinded by greed. Luckily, he wasn't a greedy person.
City Lord Vaughn walked over to the next table, repeating the sa process, he broke the protective barrier. The next item wasn't a scroll, but a small fiery red bead. Seeing the bead, Grey's eyes lit up with a fiery light. Not just Grey, City Lord Vaughn and the others also showed exhilaration. They didn't have any idea what the space elent was, so seeing the first scroll and what it contained, they didn't show much of a reaction. This was also the sa reason Grey made sure he didn't show any reactions too. As long as these people didn't know how important this scroll was, then it would be easy for Grey to take it when they were sharing the treasures.
This fiery bead contained a pure fire elental essence, and being the City Lord of Raging Flas City, it's quite easy to tell how attractive this was going to be for City Lord Vaughn.
