Chapter 1926: Do You Want To Kill Us All?
Boom!
Grey crashed into the side of the wall heavily, making the entire cave shake vigorously as if it was about to collapse.
The Gno did not even care about this as he rushed after Void who was still working on the portal. It had only been a few seconds since Void started to work on the portal and he could tell that if he was a little late, then Void would completely destroy or at least seal the portal. If he failed to stop two rats from sealing the portal then he would die from sha. He was a Peak Sovereign, a master that was only a small step away from becoming a Half God Plane expert, yet he was about to fail against two kids whose strength had not even reached the Ninth stage.
The anger in his eyes was evident, his plan was to take the lives of both Void and Grey, hence the reason Grey found it hard to deal with his attack.
Void did not expect the Gno to free himself from Grey’s distraction so soon, seeing that Grey was sent flying, he tried to hurry with sealing the portal. For so reason, this space within the portal was too solid and it would take more effort than he expected if he wanted to destroy it. With no other option, he unleashed an attack at the portal.
Seeing this, the Gno roared in anger and his speed doubled. Within a quarter of a second, he was already standing in front of Void, slapping him away from the portal. He also blocked the attack of Void, making sure it did not hit the portal.
“I must admit I underestimated you, Grey Dawson, but your journey ends here. If you had willingly followed , then you would have not lost your life.” The Gno looked at Grey’s figure crawling out of the crater he ford after crashing into it. Blood could be seen dripping from the side of Grey’s head.
Grey crawled out of the crater while panting, he hissed in pain as he tried to touch his chest. If he had not used all his defensive capabilities during the last mont of the attack, he would have been fatally injured from this blow. The Gno did not hold back, unleashing his full strength during the attack.
The Gno was once again amazed by Grey’s tenacity, most Ninth stage Sovereigns would find it hard to even stand after the attack. Grey, on the other hand, seed like he could still carry on with the battle. What left the man speechless was that Grey’s fighting intent was growing stronger, it was as if that attack shook his brain and he forgot about his life, cause anyone in his situation would want to escape rather than facing an opponent that was so powerful.
‘Did I hit him too hard and he beca dumb?’ This thought ca to the Gno’s mind as he could not fathom how soone who is clearly weaker than himself was still willing to fight him.
Grey looked at the Gno with cold eyes, there was no fear in them, just contempt and disgust.
Getting such a look made the Gno annoyed, this was the first ti soone weaker than himself was giving him such a look, even after he just sent the latter flying.
“It’s clear you do not cherish your…”
Boom!
The Gno was stopped mid-sentence as he blocked the attack from Grey.
Standing in front of him, their different sizes ant Grey was naturally larger than him, so while the duo were in a position of one attacking and the other defending, Grey was constantly looking down on him in a condescending manner. The look was that one would give an opponent that could not block a single attack of theirs. He did not understand how he was the stronger one, yet he was also the one being looked down on.
Grey’s eyes glowed with ferocity as his aura gave off a chilling killing intent. The killing intent caught the Gno off-guard, giving Grey the chance he needed to land a strike.
They were engaged in hand to hand combat, so swinging his right leg, he kicked the ribs of the Gno.
The Gno did not move even after getting hit by Grey’s kick, letting out a soft grunt, he pushed his hands forward and used the wind elent to try to force Grey back. When Grey engaged in a hand to hand combat with him, he did not know why, but after a few exchanges, he understood the reason. Grey’s physique was terrifying. If not for him training his physique for hundreds of years, this kick would have left him fatally wounded.
Grey employed not just his wind elent, he also used his lightning and light elent to stick close to the Gno. At the sa ti, his wrists were covered in two overlapping arrays and two fire snakes appeared from thin air and struck at the Gno’s blindspot while he attacked from the front.
The Gno felt frustrated at the fact that Grey was sticking with him as no matter what he did, he was unable to shake the latter away. The attacks from the Fire Snakes behind him put him in a difficult spot, even though he was stronger, he could not bring out his full might due to Grey not giving him the space.
In a matter of a few seconds, they exchanged hundreds of blows, with both parties landing multiple blows on each other.
The Gno was still thinking of how to free himself when he sensed Void standing before the portal, unleashing attack after another.
“Stop! Do you want to kill us all?!” The Gno panicked at the sight of this. There was a reason most of the portals were sealed and not destroyed, and if Void did not stop what he was doing, then not just them, but everyone within a few hundred kiloters would be in danger of getting sucked into the void.
