Dongdong asked quietly, "What dishes do they have here?"

Su Mo: "Isn't it all written on the nu?"

Dongdong scratched his head: "I can't read..."

"Ha." Su Mo almost burst out laughing, picked up the nu, "I'll read it for you, see if there's anything you want to eat."

Su Mo listed all the dishes.

Dongdong's intention was clear—he wanted them all!

The food was quickly served, including baked snails cooked in a rich soup style, scallops airlifted from the seaside, fresh slaughter roasted beef steaks, and various fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Black Pearl Restaurant was unlike the outside; the ingredients here were either fard or pure natural, without the technology and harsh asures of factories.

The dishes were not only fragrant but also beautifully arranged, making people reluctant to disturb them with a fork and knife.

Dongdong grew up on the streets, considering it lucky just to have a full al, had never seen such a table of delicacies?

Her plate was filled with all sorts of things, she ate ravenously, her face full of uncontainable happiness.

Su Mo finished the scallops and had so soup on his hands, wet wipes couldn't clean it well, so he stood up and said, "You go ahead, I'm going to wash my hands."

"Alright, hurry back, or I'll eat it all~" Dongdong waved and then grabbed a piece of roasted beef to her mouth.

The tender and juicy texture made her so happy, her eyes lit up with joy, she chewed, swallowed, and grabbed another piece to shove in her mouth.

While eating, a light laugh suddenly ca from not far away.

Only to hear a woman softly say, "Look at that dog tag wearer, it's so funny how she eats."

Dongdong knew they were talking about her.

After all, she and Su Mo were the only Border Immigrants here.

Dongdong frowned and looked up, discovering the source of the voice was the table next door, where a young couple sat.

The man wore an expensive suit, with a slicked-back shiny hairdo.

The woman wore an evening gown, with a pleasant face.

The suit man glanced at Dongdong and complained to his female partner, "Dressed inappropriately, like a hooligan."

The gown woman laughed with a hand over her mouth, "...Oh, let's keep it down, she's looking at us."

The suit man calmly said, "Afraid of what? Mostly just a Border Immigrant. Don't worry, these people don't dare make trouble."

The gown woman's expression turned mocking, "She doesn't even know how to use a fork and knife, actually eating with her hands."

The suit man: "Border People are like that, uncivilized, even if they earn so money to eat here, they're still inherently rude."

The gown woman looked around: "Where did the man opposite her go? Wow, maybe he dined and dashed!"

The suit man sneered: "Could be, scared off by the nu prices, hilarious. And he's still trying to impress a girl?"

At first, Dongdong tried to persuade herself to focus on the delicious food, not minding being mocked by Inner City People once again.

But later, hearing them insult Su Mo, for so reason she couldn't hold back her temper, and slamd the table and stood up: "What the hell are you barking about?!"

The sudden loud noise made the restaurant fall silent, even the piano music stopped.

Dongdong pointed angrily at the two people at the next table: "We're eating our food, what does Civilization Border have to do with you?"

"Two damn fools, kept barking, I did not want to bother with you! What's wrong with Border People? Just because you live in the Inner City you're sothing special?!"

"He didn't dine and dash! He gave his wallet, there's enough money inside for both of us to eat, why would he run away?!"

The suit man never expected that the dog tag wearer would dare to be so brazen, and felt humiliated.

To show off his manhood in front of his female partner, he stood up and yelled at Dongdong: "Shut up! This is a dining place, have you no manners, shouting like that?"

Dongdong directly cursed back: "I'm the one with no manners? That's you! Talking crap behind people's backs, is that your manner?"

"You could laugh quietly, just don't let hear it, what do you an barking at in Civilization Border in my face? Are you itching for a scolding?!"

The suit man's face turned bright red, facing this sharp-tongued girl with so many people watching, he really couldn't bring himself to curse back.

The restaurant staff reacted quickly, hurriedly ca over to comfort: "Sir, Miss, please don't be impulsive. How about this? We happen to have two private rooms available, I can help you move your food there."

The suit man harshly said: "It's not about which table to eat at now, it's this Border person severely affecting my dining experience! Being in the sa restaurant with her disgusts !"

Among the other guests were also so discriminators, although they were far and knew nothing about the situation, it didn't affect their dislike for Border People, and they chid in:

"Quickly get this Border person out of here, I don't want to see dog tag wearers!"

"You filthy Border Immigrant, coming to the Inner City to beg, what's with the arrogance!"

"I just look down on Border Immigrant, no manners."

The man in the suit felt even more arrogant seeing so many people backing him up, and looked at Dongdong with a provocative gaze.

As for the Black Pearl Restaurant, in principle, they treat every guest equally.

But on one side, there are so many well-dressed rich people.

On the other, there's a Border Immigrant wearing a dog tag.

The waiter knew very well which side to support.

The Border Immigrant might just have made a little money from business, occasionally coming for a al as a treat.

Those gentlen and ladies around, though, are regular esteed guests.

The waiter softly spoke to Dongdong, "Miss, how about this? You don't have to pay for today's al, and we'll pack the dishes on the table for you to take away."

Dongdong was almost dying of anger, "Why are you kicking out? I wasn't the one who started it!"

She pointed at the suit man's nose and cursed, "If we're leaving, we both go! If you're a man, fight outside, damn you, I'll beat you to death!"

The man in the suit certainly wouldn't lower himself to fight a Border Immigrant, and sat down by himself, "Your status and my status. Challenge , do you even qualify?"

Just as Dongdong was about to lose it, a surprising cry ca from behind the suit man, "Watch out! My hand slipped!"

"Splash—" A bowl of shrimp and water shield soup spilled over the suit man's head, drenching him completely, and his styled oily hair collapsed.

The scene instantly fell silent, both the suit man and Dongdong were stunned.

Su Mo stood behind the suit man, holding an empty bowl and smiling, "Sorry, my hand slipped."

The suit man was montarily stupefied, then glared at Su Mo in fury, "You *Civilization Crescent* trying to get yourself killed?!"

Su Mo picked up the cream cake on the table and slapped it onto his face.

Su Mo, "Oops, my hand slipped again."

The suit man wiped his face frantically as he retreated, driven mad with anger.

He glanced at the cream on himself, pointed at Su Mo's nose and threatened, "I'll make you understand how expensive this outfit is."

He took out his mobile phone and called his lawyer.

"Slap."

Su Mo slapped the phone out of his hand, "Before I know how expensive your clothes are, apologize to my friend."

The suit man stared with wide eyes, "Wanna throw hands? My uncle is the Sheriff, try making a move?"

Su Mo picked up the table knife and pressed it against his throat, sneering, "Then you guess, is your uncle going to drive over to save you first, or am I going to stab you to death first?"

The scene beca suddenly chaotic, no one expected soone would pull a knife here.

Feeling the cold tal on his neck, the suit man panicked, "You, you wanna do what... this is the Inner City, not the Border! Stabbing people gets you jailed!"

Su Mo looking all rogue-like, "I don't care. Stab you dead, at worst I'll flee back to the Border and never co to the Inner City again. After all, the Sheriff wouldn't dare co to the Border to catch , I can drink and fight every day, totally comfortable."

The suit man was unsure whether Su Mo was just bragging or being serious.

Bragging can be overlooked.

If serious, he hadn't enjoyed all his good food and fun yet, he couldn't just die confusedly at the hands of Border Immigrant, could he?!

Seeing the suit man's cowardice, Su Mo lightly patted his face twice, sneering, "If you're useless, stop acting out. Apologize to my friend, heard ?"

Suddenly, Su Mo's shirt hem was gently tugged.

Dongdong stood behind him, bowed her head and whispered, "Forget it, the Sheriff will co and you'll get in trouble... eating is more important, I'm fine, don't bother with him..."

Su Mo was sowhat surprised.

Dongdong's fiery temper, never willing to take a loss wherever she goes.

Anyone who bullies her, she must pay it back double.

Su Mo thought Dongdong would egg him on, together making a huge scene here.

Unexpectedly, she would consider for herself, swallow her pride, restrain her temper and actively say forget it.

This was sothing he wouldn't even dare imagine before.

Thinking of the reason behind this, Su Mo couldn't help but show a knowing smile.
