A small transport plane was flying over the plains outside New Moon City. Besides the pilot and the instructor, there were only two passengers in the cabin: Su Mo and Qi Ling.
No-parachute jumping sounds as absurd as bungee jumping without a cord.
But in reality, both activities truly exist and are high-risk extre sports.
Qi Ling leaned against the window, curiously looking at the land below: "Parachuting without a parachute, I’ve never seen that before. How do you do it?"
Su Mo ca to the window, pointed in a distant direction and revealed a mysterious smile: "Look over there, do you see that white area?"
The entire plain outside the city was covered in dead grass, and amidst the vast expanse of brownish-green was a conspicuous square white area with an X-shaped red marking on it.
Qi Ling: "I see it, what is that?"
Su Mo explained: "That’s the landing point. Unlike regular skydiving, we don’t carry parachutes and need to land in a designated area."
"That white area is a gigantic net made of special material, 30 ters in length and width. We jump from high altitude, and if we land on it, the net will catch us, providing a buffer and ensuring a safe landing."

"That’s why we need so equipnt assistance." Su Mo took Qi Ling to the equipnt rack and picked up a pair of chanical gloves to put them on.

Su Mo replied without hesitation: "Of course I’ll co to rescue you. Though we’re here for thrills, safety cos first. You are my employer, and if you die on this mission, I can kiss my rcenary career goodbye."
Qi Ling’s amber eyes filled with laughter as she gently placed a finger on Su Mo’s lower lip, watching him with a smile.
Su Mo: "What is it?"
Qi Ling: "Then it’s a deal; you must co to save ."
After saying this, without wearing any gear, she ran directly to the open cabin door.
Before anyone could react, she leaned back and fell out of the airplane.
In an instant, everyone in the cabin was terrified.
The instructor yelled in horror: "We haven’t reached the jump zone yet!!!!"
"Damn!" Su Mo grabbed the chanical gloves and fearlessly jumped after her.
The wind howled crazily by his ears, the feeling of weightlessness washed over his entire body, and every nerve in Su Mo’s body was taut, his heart pounding ferociously as if it would burst out of his chest.
The free-fall made his body hard to control, the wind almost made it difficult for him to breathe, and the scenery in his vision altered drastically with ti, the ground endlessly approaching like plumting into a chasm of death.

Through constant acceleration and adjustnt, Su Mo finally caught up with Qi Ling and held her tightly in his embrace.
Qi Ling, feeling the embrace, slowly opened her eyes.
Seeing Su Mo, her amber eyes dissolved into a smile brimming with happiness: "You really ca to save !"
Su Mo yelled angrily: "Are you insane?! Acting recklessly like this can get you killed!!!"
Qi Ling held onto Su Mo’s neck and laughed heartily, tilting her head back: "Then let’s die together, shall we? Ahahaha! Ahahahaha!"
Su Mo was beyond words, all his focus was on the landing point beneath them.
Falling from such a height, even with his Quadruple Blood Code physique, he might not withstand it.
Not to ntion a regular person like Qi Ling, it’s not about whether she’d die, but into how many pieces she’d shatter.
The only hope now was that gigantic white net.
Su Mo tightly held Qi Ling with one hand to prevent her from being blown away by the wind, while using the chanical glove on his other hand at full power to jet air, constantly correcting their falling trajectory.
High in the air, the two passed through clouds in a diagonal dive, like teors plumting to earth.
Their field of view beca boundless, the ground below resembled a sprawling, intricate tapestry, with mountains, rivers, and forests swirling around them.
The closer they got to the ground, the closer they got to the gigantic net, the white patch enlarging like a giant hand reaching out to catch them.
