The annual art festival of Yunhui High School has been a traditional event for many years, and every year, the different classes secretly compete with each other. However, this is the first ti the competition is brought out into the open like this.
To be honest, it’s because of the precondition of having a reality show; otherwise, the school wouldn’t have done it in this format.
The art festival was scheduled to start in the evening, and the venue was the playground.
A grand stage was set up on the playground, with tall LED screens on both sides displaying an introduction to Yunhui High School and the history of the art festival. Just before the start, the LED screens played the trailer for the reality show "I Am a High School Student."
Those not participating in the competition sat in the playground, watching the trailer they had seen countless tis with excited faces. anwhile, backstage was a chaotic scene.
Since both Class H and Class B had celebrities joining in, the other classes were working even harder to not let their classes fall behind just because they didn’t have any celebrities. Particularly Class A, which had already ford an intense rivalry with Class B in the first year.
Class A also bore resentnt against Class H because, initially, it was decided that Classes A and B would participate in the reality show. Who knew that just because of one Bi Xia, Class A was replaced by Class H? This incident turned Class A into a laughingstock among the grade level.
So everyone in Class A was filled with pent-up frustration and wanted to crush these two classes at the art festival, especially Class H.
When Bi Xia and others entered the backstage, they undoubtedly beca the target of vigilance from various classes. But the mbers of Class H were calm, even joking and playing around.
It felt incredibly refreshing. In the past, it would have been unbelievable for H class’s appearance to cause such alertness among so many classes. But now, they had done it; even before stepping onto the stage, they were seen as a threat. They would only find these vigilant gazes too few. There would be more and more in the future!
"I suppose this must be the class president of Class H, Bi Xia," a gentle voice sounded, and everyone turned to see a boy in a suit walking slowly from the crowd. He smiled gracefully, wearing silver-frad glasses, resembling the elegant young n from ancient books.
Bi Xia raised an eyebrow, exchanged a glance with Xu Renfei, then stepped forward to et him. "I suppose you must be the class president of Class A, Xiao Ye."
Xiao Ye smiled, "I didn’t expect you to know . It’s truly my honor."
Shaking his index finger, Bi Xia said indifferently, "You misunderstood. I guessed."
"Oh? Guessed?"
"Yeah," Bi Xia nodded, casually straightening his sleeve. "Chu Kuang told that Xiao Ye, the president of Class A, likes to act cultured, always wearing glasses. He’s a true disguised villain in reality."
Pausing, he looked Xiao Ye up and down, "So, I guessed you must be Xiao Ye. Gotta say, Chu Kuang is pretty good at describing people - it’s spot on."
Facing Bi Xia’s sarcasm, Xiao Ye’s expression didn’t change, he just smiled faintly, "Indeed, Chu Kuang is soone with a simple mind and strong limbs. I often describe him that way, others say my words are spot on."
"Really," Bi Xia slightly curved his lips, his eyes cold and aloof, "You two really have great chemistry. Enemies do et after all."
"Don’t talk bad about when I’m not here," Suddenly, a red-haired guy appeared between them. Chu Kuang stood in front of them, followed by Class B mbers, looking indifferent and carefree.
Since Class B and Class H had long beco brother classes, when the students from these classes t, they greeted each other warmly, montarily ignoring the rivals from Class A behind Xiao Ye.
Chu Kuang leaned directly on Bi Xia, tilted his head towards Xiao Ye, and clicked his tongue, "Oh boy, who is this? Isn’t it our diligent student, Big Brother Xiao Ye? Today you’re dressed even more like a disguised villain."
Xiao Ye’s expression remained unchanged, still with a faint smile, "Big Brother Kuang is exceptionally simple-minded and strong-limbed today."
Chu Kuang sneered, "I’m not going to argue with you. Just wait and see how I’ll trample Class A underfoot!"
But Xiao Ye didn’t even bother with Chu Kuang, he directly turned to Bi Xia, "Looking forward to your performance, but our Class A will win."
Bi Xia pulled back the eager-to-fight Chu Kuang, nodded coldly, "Likewise, looking forward to your performance. But the first place will always belong to Class H."
Chu Kuang: ...Hey, hey, don’t ignore our Class B!
