Yuan Hai’s actions were unexpected to everyone, and no one could have imagined that ng Chi had no guard against Yuan Hai at all.
As Yuan Hai pointed a gun at ng Chi’s temple, the small face hidden under the mask instantly turned cold. The once calm, starry eyes now seed like a violent ice storm, sending shivers down people’s spines.
Taking the gun from Ye Xiao’s hand, Bi Xia half-closed his eyes and disengaged the safety, walking straight towards Yuan Hai despite his warnings.
"Don’t co any closer! I’ll really shoot!" Yuan Hai threatened, seeing that Bi Xia didn’t stop at all.
Initially flustered, ng Chi slowly cald down while staring into the star-like eyes of the youth and began to keenly observe his surroundings.
Seeing ng Chi calm down, Bi Xia raised his gun and stood in front of Yuan Hai, extending his arm with the muzzle aid at Yuan Hai’s forehead. His voice was icy, "If you have the guts, then shoot."
Yuan Hai did not expect Bi Xia to actually be unafraid and to point a gun at him right in front of him.
"Heh, Chi, it’s not your uncle saying this, but shouldn’t you pay attention to who you are dealing with? Not even knowing to save your own brother, what’s there to trust about such a person?"
Listening to Yuan Hai’s words, ng Chi replied with a cold smile, "Yuan Hai, when your brother truly trusts you, no matter what you do, he will support you unconditionally, believe in you. That is a true brother."
"Yuan Hai," Bi Xia spoke indifferently, his dark eyes fixated on Yuan Hai, "Let ng Chi go, or your Yuan Gang will disappear from Qing City completely."
Yuan Hai sneered, "Whoa, I didn’t expect a kid like you to be so tough..."
Before Yuan Hai could finish, a red dot appeared on his clothes right under his eyes, slowly moving up until it settled on his forehead. Bi Xia lowered his eyes slightly and stated, "Whether I’m tough or not, you can try, but for now, you have to choose between getting shot in the head or handing over my brother."
Yuan Hai’s body stiffened slightly. He had completely forgotten about the sniper that appeared at the beginning!
Thinking of this, Yuan Hai reluctantly released his grip. Seizing the opening, ng Chi quickly slipped to Bi Xia’s side while Yuan Hai retreated step by step towards his n, his eyes fixed on Bi Xia’s gun muzzle, fearing that it might discharge accidentally and end his life here.
Slowly lowering his gun, Bi Xia turned his head to look at ng Chi, "Are you okay?"
ng Chi shrugged and smiled helplessly, "You knew he couldn’t fire."
As he said this, ng Chi and Ye Xiao both walked forward and laughed. Bi Xia also smiled as he recalled the preparations they had made before coming to the Qinghai Gang’s club, not expecting to have just put them to use.
"You all, die!"
Yuan Hai suddenly shouted, raising his gun and firing at Bi Xia with a bang.
At the sa ti, ng Chi and Ye Xiao both lunged at Bi Xia, knocking him to the ground. Both of them rolled on the ground, gripping their guns and aiming at Yuan Hai.
Yuan Hai stood there, staring blankly at his gun, unable to comprehend the colorful ribbon that had just appeared. After a mont, he turned to Bi Xia in disbelief, "Fake, it’s fake?!"
Bi Xia, ng Chi, and Ye Xiao got up without answering Yuan Hai. Instead, Bi Xia remarked to the other two, "Why so excited? We knew it was a fake gun all along, didn’t we?"
"Can’t help it, reflex action, and the gun felt so real, even the weight." ng Chi scratched his head.
Ye Xiao shrugged, "Just in case."
Bi Xia shook his head. When they ca in, Ye Xiao had worried about what to do if Yuan Hai’s n had real guns. Bi Xia then thought of using fake guns temporarily. Unexpectedly, the gun got snatched by Yuan Hai, and now the situation was unpredictable.
"Watch out!"
Suddenly ng Chi shouted, pushing Bi Xia away. With a muffled grunt, blood slowly flowed from ng Chi’s body. With a bang, ng Chi fell to the ground.
