"Pull over, the real deal has left, it’s ti for this knockoff to show up, otherwise, they’ll chase all the way to my house!" Chu Kuang rolled his eyes and waved his hand.
The reporters tailing the black sedan noticed it starting to pull over, so they quickly instructed their driver to stop as well. In an instant, the reporters sward out of their cars and rushed towards the black sedan.
The door of the black sedan slowly opened, and a teenager poked his head out. Upon seeing them, he blurted out a crude exclamation, "Holy... shit!"
"Why are you guys following my car!" Chu Kuang looked at the group of reporters with a face full of disdain. "Aren’t you supposed to be covering your celebrities? Why are you following ? Alright, enough, stop following. This is ridiculous."
With that, he didn’t give the reporters a chance to react, he slamd the car door shut. As soon as the door closed, Chu Kuang almost yelled, "Old Dou! Drive!"
So, right in front of the bewildered reporters, the black sedan sped off like a wild horse, leaving the stunned reporters behind.
After a while, the reporters finally snapped out of it. Holy crap, did we just get played?!
Thinking of the kid who just poked his head out, the reporters felt a strong urge to swear. That little punk, don’t think we haven’t seen "I Am a High Schooler," weren’t you the one playing basketball with Bi Xia?!
Dang it! We got played by a bunch of high schoolers!!!
On the other side, Bi Xia had already shaken off the reporters and was speeding down the wide road. ng Chi hung up the phone and said to Bi Xia, "Kuangzi says it’s all sorted over there."
Bi Xia nodded, "Have you notified Zi’an and Yi’an?"
ng Chi checked his phone for the latest ssages, "Yes, they’re on their way, but they probably won’t get here until the afternoon."
"Alright then, afternoon it is." Bi Xia replied calmly. With that, he turned the car toward another direction.
ng Chi watched the direction Bi Xia turned in confusion, "Boss, isn’t it this way?"
Bi Xia’s face was indifferent, "Why not?"
"Um... shouldn’t we be heading straight?" ng Chi pointed at the signs.
"Not going there first," Bi Xia said, "we’re going to the hospital."
ng Chi choked on his words, imdiately looking at his own leg. "Boss, I’m really fine."
"I only trust the doctors," Bi Xia didn’t give ng Chi a chance to speak further, and sped off towards the direction given by the navigation system.
"Heard you were in Qing City yesterday?"
Seeing the uninvited Qin Zhongyang, Qin Zhan’s previously relaxed expression darkened. He looked at Qin Zhongyang with icy phoenix-like eyes, "Who let you in."
Qin Zhongyang snorted coldly, "What! Now I can’t even co into my own son’s house?"
Qin Zhan didn’t respond to Qin Zhongyang. He directly told Assistant Ye behind him, "Replace all the security guards outside, I want a batch that knows who they are working for!"
Hearing Qin Zhan’s words, Qin Zhongyang’s face changed dramatically. He slamd the table and stood up, "Qin Zhan! Stop pushing your luck!"
Qin Zhan didn’t get angry. He rely curled his lips coldly, "The one pushing their luck isn’t , it’s you."
Qin Zhongyang paused, "I just heard you were... so I ca to see you..."
"Thanks for your concern," Qin Zhan loosened his tie expressionlessly. His phoenix-like eyes, similar to Qin Zhongyang’s, looked at him without a trace of emotion. Suddenly, he sneered, "All of this is thanks to you, aren’t you... well aware?"
In an instant, the face that never tolerated disobedience turned ashen. Qin Zhongyang fled from Qin Zhan’s place in panic.
The mont Qin Zhongyang left, Qin Zhan erupted in fury, turning to Assistant Ye with bloodshot phoenix eyes, "Sell this property."
