"What’s the matter, Boss?" ng Chi asked curiously as Bi Xia peered back around the corner.

Bi Xia smiled lightly, not hiding anything from ng Chi, "It’s Hao Xisheng."

"Hao Xisheng?!" ng Chi was surprised, then laughed, "Is he here for you, Boss?"

"Who knows."

ng Chi laughed, "I originally thought he would mull it over at that naless little shop until we left. Didn’t expect him to decide so quickly, how dull."

"If it’s dull, then stop laughing," Bi Xia said lightly. "I guess he’s not here to join us, but rather to figure out if we’re trustworthy."

"What?"

Facing ng Chi’s puzzled expression, Bi Xia said casually, "After all, we’re originally a pretty casual family."

ng Chi: ... Only Bi Xia would badmouth himself like this, he hadn’t seen anyone else do it.

"So is it really okay for us to just leave like this?" ng Chi paused and asked.

Bi Xia shook his head, "It’s fine, let’s go. Even if we stop now, he won’t approach us; he’ll just turn and run away."

"Huh?" ng Chi looked confused.

Bi Xia glanced out the window with a faint smile, "There’s no helping it, with little Haozi being such a coward... Unless we give him a fatal blow or let him figure things out himself, he won’t co to us."

Blinking, ng Chi adjusted the steering wheel and shrugged slightly. Though he didn’t quite understand, he seed to get Bi Xia’s point. In short, even if Hao Xisheng didn’t want to co door-to-door, after leaving, he would obediently follow them back to Qing City, as for why...

ng Chi figured that this was sothing the boss should care about. As long as he trusted Bi Xia, it was all good.

While ng Chi was driving towards the dock, another group had already arrived early by the dockside, standing in a line like emotionless machines dressed in black, hands behind their backs, silently watching the approaching cargo ship.

Suddenly, a figure appeared before the group, initially a blurry silhouette becoming distinct. A gust of wind swept past, revealing a woman in tight nightwear, her long blonde wavy hair cascading down to her waist, her figure exquisite, teasing her hair with enchanting movents.

On the other side, a man who had been hiding in a dark corner also slowly erged, his expression indifferent as he looked ahead. In English, he said to the woman, "This mission is to intercept the cargo on that ship, and anyone who tries to stop us, spiritual power or not, must be eliminated."

The woman paused, then laughed sweetly, "What’s on this cargo ship that requires us to personally get involved?"

"We’ll tell you what you need to know, but don’t ask about things you don’t need to know."

A gruff voice spoke up as another group appeared, led by a man with five or six others approaching from afar, ard and glaring at the woman.

The woman raised her eyebrows slightly, sneering coldly, "I say, if you need our help, adjust your attitude. Rember, I’m on vacation now, having to work because of you really irritates ."

"Lina, enough." The woman’s companion did not stop her taunts and threats towards the newcor, only mildly intervening as she was about to lose her temper. The woman bitterly gestured at her neck with a hand swipe, pointing at the leader.

The leader glared at the woman, but ultimately, for reasons unknown, suppressed his anger entirely, speaking to the man, "The shipnt from the Zheng Family this ti isn’t just the latest products. According to our insider information, it contains important clues about the person they’re interested in."

Listening to the leader’s words, the woman and the man imdiately beca serious. The woman flashed in front of the leader in an instant, her charming face staring at him seductively, half-squinting, "You’d better make sure this information is accurate."

Then she appeared beside her male companion, "What’s the plan?"

The man slightly lowered his gaze, "Those who hinder us, kill."

The woman laughed charmingly, her voice ringing by the dockside, "You’re so bold even outside of our country; I really wish there was soone who could curb your arrogance swiftly."

At that mont, an exquisite, striking face with an aloof and arrogant disposition erged in her mind. The woman curved her lips, thinking it seed that such a person already existed.
