603 Reaching Another Level
Hearing Pei Jin’s words, Mo Rao heaved a sigh of relief.
“If you need Jiayi’s help in the future, please don’t stand on ceremony.”
Pei Jin laughed happily. “Of course. I believe that with Miss Mo around, Jiayi will definitely be able to reach a higher level!”
“Then I’ll be counting on President Pei’s blessings.”
Mo Rao and Pei Jin chatted for a while. After handing the signed photo to Pei Jin, Mo Rao and Mo Yuan prepared to leave.
However, before they left, Pei Jin’s private contact number was added to Mo Yuan and Mo Rao’s contact list.
After Mo Rao and the others left, Pei Jin also walked out of the room. At a corner, a little girl jumped onto Pei Jin’s back.
Pei Jin didn’t seem surprised by this. He even reached out to protect the person on his back.
The little girl whispered in Pei Jin’s ear, “How is it? I’m right, right?! Sister Rao Rao is really a good person! Dad, cooperating with Sister Rao Rao is definitely the right choice!”
Pei Jin smiled and nodded without saying anything.
The little girl jumped down from Pei Jin’s back. “Dad, where’s the autographed photo Sister Rao Rao gave you? Show it to me first!”
“You’re not young anymore, so why are you still so jumpy?”
Although he said that, he still handed the autographed photo to Pei Fei.
Pei Fei took it and looked at it lovingly before returning the autographed photo to Pei Jin. “I only act like this in front of you, Dad. Help me safe keep Sister Rao Rao’s autographed photo. I can’t take it out now.”
As she spoke, Pei Fei instructed Pei Jin carefully for a while before preparing to leave and continue working.
Before she left, Pei Fei glanced sideways at Pei Jin.
“Dad, in that situation just now, you actually dared to ask. If I were Sister Rao Rao, I would have scolded you, yet she agreed to your request.”
When Pei Jin heard this, the corners of his mouth curled up into a smile.
“It’s precisely because Mo Rao did so that she got a chance to join Ikea. That’s why I allowed you to be Mo Rao’s fan. Mo Rao is much better than those young hunks you liked before!”
Seeing that Pei Jin was nagging again, Pei Fei said a few perfunctory words to Pei Jin and quickly ran away.
As Pei Jin looked at the autographed photo in his hand, he thought to himself that if he still needed endorsements in the future, looking for Mo Rao seemed to be a good choice.
Mo Rao and Mo Yuan, who had already gotten into the car, didn’t know that Pei Jin had a deeper desire to cooperate. Mo Yuan put on his seatbelt and started the car before saying to Mo Rao, “President Pei has a good character. We’re quite lucky to be able to work with Ikea.”
Mo Rao nodded in agreement. “He’s quite nice.”
“But I didn’t expect President Pei’s daughter to be your fan. Looks like you’re really charming!” Mo Yuan said teasingly.
“This is also thanks to you helping me find jobs. If I didn’t have jobs, I wouldn’t have e this far and wouldn’t have been known by so much more people.”
Mo Yuan laughed when he heard that.
While waiting for the green light, Mo Yuan glanced at Mo Rao.
“Do you have any other plans today? I didn’t expect the filming to go so smoothly today and even have so much free time. Or, should we go back and rest?”
Mo Rao took out her phone and sent a few messages. After a while, she received a reply.
She looked at the reply with a smile.
“I’m not going back.” Then, she told him the name and address of a dessert shop.
After Mo Yuan thought for a moment, he asked Mo Rao to turn on the navigation.
“You have an appointment?” Mo Yuan probed.
Mo Rao nodded and took her phone to search for the address.
“Turn around in front. I’ve arranged to meet Qu You. I haven’t seen her in a long time, so I came back to see her this time.”
Hearing that it was Qu You, Mo Yuan nodded and didn’t say anything else. He focused on driving.
It was fine as long as it wasn’t Fu Ying! Fu Ying was like a wolf, the kind that wouldn’t let go after it bit someone. Now, he had even learned to disguise himself… It was really impossible to guard against him!
He couldn’t watch helplessly as his sister was taken away by such a dangerous wolf!
After driving to the place, Mo Yuan watched Mo Rao get out of the car and couldn’t help but say, “Rao Rao, why don’t I wait for you and go back with you?”
