At that mont, Jackson nodded and said to Xia Chuyi, “Yes, Annie and I, our Chinese surna is Bao.”
“I am Bao Jieson, and she is Bao Anni.”
“Annie and I are the bona fide niece and nephew of Third Uncle.”

The corners of Xia Chuyi’s mouth twitched slightly.
This man really knew how to push his luck.
Then, Jackson suddenly added, “By the way, Miss Xia, may I ask what your relationship is with my Third Uncle?”
With a fake smile plastered on his face.
“I’m a student of Professor Bao,” Xia Chuyi replied disinterestedly.
At her words, the fake foreigner’s expression flickered.
The door was half-open, and Xia Chuyi turned back to Professor Bao inside the room and called out, “Professor, two people have co, claiming to be your niece and nephew.”
Professor Bao inside furrowed his brow and nodded, indicating that he understood, and said, “Let them co in.”
Seeing this, Xia Chuyi nodded as well.
From Professor Bao’s reaction, it seed that these fake foreigners were indeed the branch of the Bao Family that had fled overseas years ago.
Turning her head, she said to the siblings Jackson and Anni, “The Professor agrees for you to co in.”
After speaking, Xia Chuyi stepped aside to make way.
Jackson nodded at Xia Chuyi, the fake gentlesmile returning as he said, “Thank you very much!”
Anni, who had been pretending to be well-behaved behind him, couldn’t help but roll her eyes at Xia Chuyi, moving straight past her.
Clearly, Annie didn’t hold Xia Chuyi in any regard.
“Third Uncle!” As soon as she entered, Annie approached Professor Bao with a smile full of liveliness, cheerfulness, and cuteness, placing a box of pastries on the table and addressing Professor Bao, “We’ve co to see you again!”
“This is, my brother and I, bought so snacks from Beijing for you, specially,”
Anni’s Chinese was quite jerky, with the word order sowhat jumbled, making it awkward to listen to.
Professor Bao frowned, with little reaction.
At this ti, Jackson also smiled and added, “Yes, we especially bought these pastries for you.”
Jackson’s Chinese was much more grammatically correct than Annie’s, but his pronunciation had so issues as well.
Xia Chuyi was fine with it, but Old Sir Guan, an elder nearby, couldn’t help frowning.
“Your aunt and I don’t really like sweets,” Professor Bao said without even glancing at the pastries on the table, sowhat impatiently, “Take these things back with you.”
“As for seeing us, now you’ve seen that we’re all still well and good.”
“So, you should leave. This place isn’t very suitable for young people to stay.”
The words of Professor Bao were delivered calmly, but their content was almost equivalent to an eviction notice.
Yet, it appeared that either Jackson and Anni did not comprehend Chinese well or they simply did not catch the Professor’s hint to leave.
All Jackson said was, “Third Uncle, it’s no trouble at all, we’re happy to accompany our elder.”
“Besides, isn’t Miss Xia also here?”
“In fact, I’m quite familiar with Miss Xia, and if she can get along with Third Uncle, I’m sure that Anni and I definitely can as well.”
With these words, Jackson instantly drew Professor Bao and Mr. Guan’s gaze directly toward Xia Chuyi.
