An argunt then ensued between the two. The secretary said preventing Captain Ma from going was for his own good, as the place was rumored to be fatal. Captain Ma retorted, weren’t you the one who said the dangers of Ghost Valley were gone? The secretary then replied, that was rely speculation. How about neither of us contract it at all?
In the heat of the mont, I blurted out: ’Why don’t you both go then?’
In the end, Director Wan said Captain Ma was young, and it should be Captain Ma who goes. The secretary has experience and should stay to manage things at ho.
The secretary reluctantly agreed, and even proposed that each production team sends out ten additional people, adding up to a hundred people from ten production teams in total, claiming that with so many people, there would be strength in numbers and there’s no way sothing could go wrong with a team of a hundred."
