After finishing the SPA, the technician gracefully exited.
Ning Youguang sat on the sofa, wearing a bathrobe, feeling as relaxed as if her bones were jelly, while savoring bird’s nest soup and appreciating the patterns of sunset light filtering through the venetian blinds.
Her shoulders were partially exposed, and her bare feet, resting on the edge of the sofa, shone like white jade.
When Shi Wangyue pushed open the door and ca in, he unexpectedly stumbled upon this enchanting scene.
His breath caught, and he felt a rush of blood to his head.
His chest was burning; he quietly walked to her side, wrapped his arms around her, and gently kissed her cheek.
"Feeling more relaxed now?" Ning Youguang slightly turned her head and asked.
"Much more relaxed." Shi Wangyue supported her delicate shoulder, discreetly adjusted her bathrobe.
Then he sat beside her, tilted his head, and gazed at her deeply.
"The light on the floor is so beautiful; it’s making consider putting venetian blinds in my own bathroom." Ning Youguang, absorbed in studying the light patterns on the floor, showed a kind of focused innocence on her face.
She didn’t realize that her present appearance captivated the one beside her far more than anything else.
"Alright."
Shi Wangyue split his attention to listen to her, while nine parts focused on her.
He was srized by her, unable to count the number of lashes she had.
His head moved closer to her ear, and when he lowered his gaze, he could see her collarbone exposed like a glowing pearl, radiant as fine jade, and the faint curves beneath the bathrobe collar—each inch was alluringly delicate.
He dared not look deeper, quickly moved his gaze away, but then got lost in her hands.
Her fingers were slender, fair, clean, strikingly translucent.
Shi Wangyue’s Adam’s apple bobbed, his pupils contracted.
The person beside him seed temptingly delectable from head to toe, stirring intense emotions within him.
He wished he could devour her whole, and thus, with a husky voice exclaid, "I want to eat."
Then—his mouth was stuffed with a mouthful of bird’s nest soup.
"..."
"Do you want more?" Ning Youguang, completely unaware of the crazy thoughts in the person beside her, asked him with clear eyes.
Shi Wangyue slowly swallowed the mildly sweet bird’s nest soup, "Yes."
Ning Youguang obediently fed him another spoonful.
Her deanor was as innocent as a little white rabbit enjoying the sunlight and roaming alone in the forest, not knowing the gray wolf lurking nearby...
[Oh heavens, why is she so cute?!]
Shi Wangyue could no longer hold back.
He lowered his head, resting it on her oblivious shoulder, laughing heartily, his shoulders shaking with joy, his laughter lasting for what seed like an eternity.
Making Ning Youguang unsure why he was laughing, simply waiting quietly for him to stop, before spooning the rest of the bird’s nest into his mouth.
...
One bowl of bird’s nest couldn’t possibly fill two people.
Once Shi Wangyue finished all the bird’s nest in the bowl, Ning Youguang placed the empty bowl on a small table beside them, softly asked him, "Are you hungry?"
The infinitely gentle sunset bathed her, making her look as lovely as an enchanting oil painting.
"Hungry." Shi Wangyue’s eyes were still brimming with laughter.
To Ning Youguang, he appeared dazzlingly radiant at that mont.
"Then let’s go eat sothing." She couldn’t resist caressing his face lightly.

Holding hands, they returned to their room, changed clothes, and headed to the restaurant, discovering that the buffet table was packed with people fetching dishes.
Ning Youguang held a dish, stood before a rack, then asked, "What is this?"
The nearby waiter enthusiastically replied:
"Stead egg with sea urchin," strongly recomnding she try one.
Ning Youguang casually accepted the dish he handed over, imdiately scooped a spoonful into her mouth.
"Is it delicious?" Shi Wangyue’s gaze rested on her rosy lips.
"It’s delicious." Ning Youguang was imrsed in savoring the dish.
Suddenly, a frantic female voice echoed beside them, "Darling, eat a bite, try if you can eat it, it’s very nutritious and tasty, isn’t it?"
Ning Youguang glanced down, noticing a mother and son talking beside her.
The mother wore elegant attire, yet couldn’t conceal her face full of exhaustion.
anwhile, the boy surprised her even more; he too was well-dressed, appeared to be seven or eight years old based on his height, but was very thin and short, his eyes filled with fear and grievance.
