To make her beco Artoria rather than King Arthur...?

When he heard Alvin say such an absurd thing, rlin's smile remained frozen for a long ti.

Only after the boy left did he slowly return to himself, then quietly shook his head and chuckled.

It was a nice idea, but far too naive.

Sitting on the throne of King Arthur ant having to consider far too many things.

This wasn't sothing that could be solved just by Alvin staying by her side.

Not to ntion distant matters, even this ti, that creature descending from the moon was already enough to throw them all into chaos.

Although the true identity of that lunar being was unclear, rlin had a feeling... it was an extrely troubleso existence.

How would Alvin deal with it?

Just thinking about that made rlin a bit more interested.

"By the way, before you go back to slacking off, can you do a favor?" Alvin suddenly said.

rlin was slightly startled before he scratched his head and said, "Alvin, do you think I'm too good-tempered...? You were just using words to attack , and now you're asking for a favor?"

"You will help."

Alvin said with a smile, "Because this is also helping yourself."

"What do you an?"

rlin asked hesitantly.

"rlin, I want you to see what true emotion is." Alvin smiled as he spoke. "Aren't you fond of observing humans? Don't you want to see sothing more complex about human nature?"

rlin narrowed his eyes slightly, a strange gleam flashing in his gaze.

"What are you planning to do?"

...

....

That night, the rain poured relentlessly.

In the luxurious room, the drapes hung low in all four corners, and a faint, elegant scent of perfu lingered in the air.

Morgan was sitting by the windowsill, toying with a vial of white potion in her hand.

She was wearing a rather loose-fitting white nightgown that outlined her curvy, voluptuous figure and long, alluring legs.

Her silver hair cascaded down like a waterfall, carrying a trace of lazy dishevelnt.

Below her skirt was a pair of tender white feet, bare, resting on a soft rug.

...White Dragon Gene — that was the na of the potion Morgan held.

It was a special concoction she had created through repeated experints during the years after Alvin's death, all for the purpose of reviving the White Dragon. But back then, due to the lack of Alvin's "mana," this potion had never been successfully completed.

Now that Alvin had returned, Morgan had successfully collected his genetic material and completed this unique potion.

Although Alvin was back, as a precaution, it was still necessary to have a backup plan...

Morgan pondered slightly, then lightly tapped the desk with her fingers.

Before long, Gareth, hearing the sound, opened the door and entered, speaking respectfully: "Mother, do you have any orders?"

"Gareth, I need you to go to Blackmoore Village," Morgan said and Gareth's expression changed slightly.

Blackmoore Village — one of the old bases where Morgan had carried out her White Dragon experints.

It was a remote village in Britain, where generations of villagers had served as gravekeepers.

Why would her mother suddenly want her to go there...?

"I don't want to lose him again."

Morgan spoke softly, "Just in case, deliver this potion to the village chief of Blackmoore Village."

"This is...?" Gareth looked up instinctively and asked.

"Don't ask what you shouldn't. Or are you that curious?" Morgan said flatly.

"No... I'm not really interested. I'll take my leave now, Mother."

Her tone wasn't particularly cold, yet Gareth still felt a chill in her heart and quickly responded, clutching the potion and hurrying away.

Only then did Morgan withdraw her gaze.

Her long, shapely legs crossed, and her fingertips lightly tapped the desk, as if deep in thought.

After who knows how long, she finally said in a tone laced with a tsundere-like disdain, "When did I ever realize you had a peeping habit, Alvin?"

At so point, Morgan had raised her eyes to the tightly shut door, her gaze as calm and still as an autumn pond — devoid of any emotion.

Now that she had beco the " Isle Sovereign," Morgan's sensitivity had far surpassed anyone else in Britain.

Unless Alvin stayed in his "Night Watchman" state the whole ti, even he couldn't escape her perception.

Creaaak...

Alvin quietly pushed open the door and entered, laying eyes on Morgan le Fay in her snow-white nightgown.

Compared to her usual cold and unapproachable deanor, the sight of her in sleepwear added a sense of hoy laziness, softening so of the distant frostiness that once made people keep their distance.

"What exactly did you do to her in the past? Why is Gareth so afraid of you?" Alvin asked with a smile.

Not just Gareth — even Mordred, whom Morgan had taken in before, was similarly respectful and wary of her mother.

Morgan said indifferently, "It's nothing. I just made her reflect on her mistakes whenever she did sothing wrong."

If it were only that, Gareth wouldn't be this scared, would she?

Alvin smiled without saying anything.

At this mont, Morgan shifted the subject, her cool tone laced with a hint of allure, as she asked softly, "Now then, you didn't co here just for a casual chat, did you?"

"Is there sothing else?"

"No wonder you're my royal sister… you really understand ." Alvin cleared his throat lightly and said, "I just ran into rlin and talked with him a bit about the recent incident with the flying vessel... Have you heard of it?"

Morgan gave a slight nod, then casually glanced at the boy and continued, "So you ca to see for that?"

"I understand rlin's personality.

Even if a powerful enemy is suspected to have appeared, he wouldn't offer help proactively. He might even use this opportunity to cultivate Lily's potential as a 'king.'"

"If I'm not mistaken, you probably went to see Lily first, right? And she must've run into so trouble, which is why you decided to co see ?"

Though her tone was cold, one could feel the disappointnt and irritation in her words.

Disappointnt because Alvin had vanished for two days, only to show up now just to talk business.

And irritated because it was obvious he had gone to see Artoria first before coming to her.

'Morgan's jealousy really is strong… or rather, she's just too proud, and incredibly smart.

No, it's not just intelligence, it's her ability to analyze situations. She even guessed what rlin was thinking.'

'If I really end up being with both sisters in the future, even the slightest affair would probably get instantly caught...'

Alvin sighed inwardly and said, "I was just casually asking. To be honest,, I just wanted to see you."

He walked over to Morgan and half-knelt by her side, gently taking her hand and speaking softly, "If you don't want to talk about it, then we don't have to."

Morgan was clearly not the kind of woman who'd be easily coaxed by a few soft words.

She glanced sideways at him, her expression unhappy. "It looked like you ca to chat, but in reality, you ca because of Lily, to ask for my help, right?"

Morgan naturally understood the current state of Britain.

The nation was suffering from both internal turmoil and external threats.

But if Morgan were willing to step forward... many problems could be resolved instantly.

Though she knew Alvin's true purpose, the fact that his first instinct upon eting her was giving off the vibe of "I'm here for Lily" was enough to infuriate her.

Under the dim yellow light, Morgan's cold and beautiful face was tinged with a soft warmth, her pale skin flawless.

Beneath the thin white nightgown, her mature and graceful figure sharply contrasted with her icy aura.

Such a captivating woman, it was no wonder one would feel parched at just the sight of her.

Of course, what most attracted Alvin at that mont was the pair of dainty, snow-white feet peeking out from under her skirt.

Her toes were painted a light pink, like rare white jade, making him want to cup them in his hands and admire them closely.

To be honest, Alvin wasn't actually into feet...well not as much as so chinese fanfiction protagonists.. it was just the angle from which he was kneeling that made him glance a few more tis.

Because Morgan was slightly frowning, the usual tender affection in her eyes when she looked at Alvin now carried a trace of displeasure.

But perhaps that's what made her even more adorable, truly worthy of the title "beauty," even her anger had a certain charm.

Alvin composed himself and, eting Morgan's unhappy gaze, said gently,

"I didn't co see you during the day because there were too many people around. It's only at night that we can be alone without being disturbed, right?"

As he finished, he looked earnestly at the silver-haired witch before him.

And he wasn't exactly lying.

Even if there had been no flying vessel incident, he still would've wanted to see Morgan.

Hearing the boy's sincere words, Morgan cast him another sidelong glance, then, ever so faintly, a blush crept across her face.

She coughed lightly, then called out toward the door, "You may all leave for now."

As the sound of retreating footsteps echoed outside, Morgan glanced at Alvin once again, a little flustered, and whispered, "Don't get the wrong idea. I'm only doing this because I'm worried our important conversation might be overheard."

Though she was Britain's witch, for most of her life she had played the role of Uther's daughter, a woman who had never experienced romance.

Naturally, she couldn't withstand Alvin's sugar-coated words, let alone his direct approach.

Though she outwardly showed disdain, inside she was both shy and delighted.

"Right. I wouldn't want anyone else overhearing our talk either. There are things I want only you to hear."

Alvin looked at Morgan with eyes full of warmth.

As it turns out, when soone's in love, they really do lose reason. If it had been anyone else, Morgan le Fay, the manipulator behind the scenes, would've seen through their sweet words instantly, or even silenced them altogether.

But the one saying them was Alvin... and so, all Morgan could feel was joy and awkwardness, along with a hope buried deep in her heart.

She knew full well that Alvin had feelings for both her and her younger sister, and that the real reason he ca to see her was to ask for her help on behalf of King Arthur.

Yet she still couldn't bring herself to drive Alvin away. In fact, even his few words of concern made her feel moved.

Morgan le Fay had always been like this.

In the eyes of nobles, she was a beautiful yet cruel woman... but once soone found a place in her heart, even the smallest warmth could make her give everything.

At her core, she was a woman who had grown up starved for love.

That's why she cared so deeply about whether she or her sister held a greater place in Alvin's heart.

"Such silly words... they might be enough to fool a naïve little girl."

Morgan lifted her beautifully curved snow-white chin and glanced at the boy half-kneeling beside her, then said indifferently, "When Lily was around, how co I never heard you say those kinds of words?"

'If I brought this up in front of Lily, Britain wouldn't even need to fall into chaos, you two would probably fight each other on the spot...' Alvin complained silently in his heart.

"There was never really a chance, was there? After all, you don't like being in the sa room with Lily, do you?"

Alvin replied casually, "But I actually think you and Lily both value each other deeply, it's just that the misunderstandings and prejudices between you have gone on for too long."

Hearing his words, Morgan furrowed her brows lightly, and after a mont, she said faintly, "Maybe... but if I had the chance, I'd still kill her, and end this tragic country."

"Is that so?"

Alvin looked up at the woman's cold and stunning face, before his gaze shifted toward the table not far in front of him.

There were several brightly colored magic potions on that table, and among them, Alvin could faintly sense sothing dangerous.

A potion that could trigger danger even in the White Dragon... just imagining it was enough to know how terrifying it must be.

Alvin paused in thought, then suddenly smiled. "Morgan, how about making a bet with ?"

"If I win, you'll help support Lily from now on, and reconcile with her."

Morgan raised her brow with interest and asked, "And what do you want to bet on?"

"On the instincts of the human body."

Alvin looked up at Morgan and said slowly, "I'm betting that you can't bring yourself to let Lily... let your sister die."

? Can't bear to let her die?

When she heard that, Morgan blinked reflexively, her beautiful eyes filled with surprise.

After a mont, she twirled a strand of her hair between her fingers, then burst into giggles, her laughter charming and light, causing her whole body to shake with delight.

It was like she had instantly transford from a cold, elegant woman into an enchantress who could captivate the world.

She lifted her alluring, flirtatious sapphire eyes and stared straight at the boy, and said in a soft voice, "Alvin, do you even know what you're saying?"

Can't bear to let King Arthur die?

Back on the day she first entered the palace, if not for rlin and Alvin intervening, she and her sister probably would have already killed each other.

And now, Alvin was telling her, with such conviction, that she couldn't bring herself to let her sister die?

Alvin nodded with certainty. "Both you and Lily have very deep feelings for each other. So, do you want to make a bet?"

"Sure~"

Morgan raised her seductive blue eyes and crossed one leg over the other, her voice laced with temptation. "What do you want to bet on?"

Alvin stood up and walked over to the table of potions, scanning them briefly. "Is there anything here among these potions that might make even feel threatened?"

"There is... What are you planning?"

Hearing these words, for so reason, Morgan suddenly felt a vague sense of unease in her heart.

Alvin turned to look at her, a bright smile quickly blooming across his face.

"Next, I'm going to deliver one of the deadly poisons to Lily for her to drink."

Morgan's eyes narrowed instantly as Alvin continued, "I'm betting that you'll stop ."
