Chen Feng was sowhat surprised to discover that Wu ngting’s ho was actually located in a villa community within a bustling comrcial area.
This villa compound had been around for so ti, almost twenty years old—they were duplex Western-style houses.
According to what Wu ngting had said, her family had managed to buy this place after so demolition compensation, along with so savings from her parents. It had cost less than three million yuan at the ti, but now it would probably be worth ten million.
Nevertheless, her family was really not wealthy. Both her parents had fairly ordinary jobs—her father was a minor cadre in a state-owned enterprise and her mother was a dance teacher.
The total annual inco of the two spouses combined would not exceed three hundred thousand yuan.
A family like this in the city center could only be described as average, particularly since both parents’ salaries were quite fixed, so it wasn’t as if they could beco exceedingly wealthy.
Of course, their villa was admittedly very valuable now.
Two cars pulled up in front of the villa and not long after both occupants had alighted from their respective vehicles, the front door of the villa opened.

After sitting down on the solid wood bench, Mrs. Wu enthusiastically poured him a cup of tea and placed it on the tea table in front of him.
