"Have they registered their marriage?"
Chen Feng asked a rather crucial question.
If they haven't yet registered their marriage, even if Mrs. Guo buys the house now, and it's under both their nas on the property deed, it would still be considered premarital property. Even if they divorce in the future, Mrs. Guo could still legally reclaim the house.
Mrs. Guo, understanding the implication of Chen Feng's words, sighed and said, "They registered when they got engaged."
Chen Feng, hearing this, shook his head and said, "Then if you buy the house for them, it will be their marital property. If they divorce then, the woman could still claim half of it."
