Tang Ming turned his face and glanced at Seo Fei, a subtle cold smile flickering in his eyes behind the lenses.
"Of course, if he knew the person targeting him was you, how could he still be with you?"
Seo Fei picked up on the confidence in his tone and imdiately asked, curiously, "What do you plan to do?!"
"I think you’ll like the first part the most." Tang Ming shrugged, "The Seo Family has a project that’s perfectly in cooperation with Emperor View. The contract will be officially signed next Monday. I think when he sees you, he’ll definitely be surprised!"
Seo Fei bead with joy at the news; she hadn’t expected she could work with Leng Zimo so soon.
Noticing the joy on her face, a glint of coldness flashed in Tang Ming’s eyes, only for a mont before he masked it again. "I think I should remind you, I am a man, so I understand n. If you don’t want to make him dislike you, the best way is to stay a little away from him."
"I know, don’t worry, I can handle it myself!" Seo Fei imdiately agreed.
"I’ve prepared a house that suits your current status." Tang Ming tilted his chin towards Lin Huo, "He’ll take you there."
"What about you?" Seo Fei asked, puzzled.
"I have so things to take care of. I’ll need to head back to the United States shortly." Tang Ming said.
Hearing that he was leaving, Seo Fei felt a hidden joy, but on the surface, she feared he might be angered, so she dared not show it. "Shall I take you to the airport then?"
"No need." Tang Ming gently shook his head, the gaze he gave her softening, "Once Lin Huo drops you at the villa, get so good rest."
Seeing the gentle look in his eyes, Seo Fei’s heart softened as well. In the five years they had been together, she couldn’t count the number of tis she’d lashed out at him due to physical pain, or the number of tis she had despairingly wanted to end her own life. Each ti, he had been so tolerant of her. It was impossible not to be moved.
She stepped forward, her face slightly lowered, "Tang Ming, I’m really sorry about this ti’s incident. I won’t act on my own again."
Raising his hand, Tang Ming gently embraced her, "Don’t worry, everything will pass, and anything that belongs to you, I’ll help you get it back."
"Thank you, Tang Ming." Seo Fei expressed sincerely.
If it weren’t for Tang Ming, she might already be dead, and she certainly wouldn’t have been able to hope for other things.
"There’s no need for formalities with , for we..." Tang Ming’s fingers lightly stroked her hair, "are the best of friends!"
Seo Fei bit her lip and finally mustered the courage to look up at his face, "There’s sothing I... I want to tell you."
"What?!" Tang Ming asked.
"I... I copied that information because Luo Xiaoqian used that wild child’s incident to threaten ." Seo Fei hesitated for quite a while before finally revealing the incident about Luo Jun, "I... I didn’t actually an to kill him, just wanted to scare him, but I didn’t expect things would turn out so serious."
"Humph!" Tang Ming let out a faint snort, "It’s nothing, that bastard deserved to die anyways. You don’t have to worry about it; with that information in your hands, Luo Xiaoqian wouldn’t dare do anything to you. Maybe she doesn’t even have any real evidence. Otherwise, would she have waited this long without making a move?!"
