Luo Xiaoqian bent down and kissed Luo Jun’s forehead, gently pulled up the thin quilt for him, carefully stood up, and walked out of the bedroom.
Outside the door, Leng Lin was waiting in the hallway.
"Asleep?"

Luo Xiaoqian glanced at Luo Jun’s door, then turned to enter Leng Zimo’s study next door. Ever since she moved here, Leng Zimo’s study had beco her office.
Entering the study and closing the door, Luo Xiaoqian sat down at the desk, just about to start working when her phone on the desk buzzed.
The call was from Selena in the United States. After Luo Xiaoqian returned to China, the work there was now managed by Selena.
Luo Xiaoqian answered the call, "Selena, how’s everything going with the recording?"
"Everything is going smoothly, except for Miss Xu." Selena’s tone carried a hint of helplessness.

Selena sighed on the other end of the phone, "Yesterday, she suddenly left the hotel without even taking an assistant. We almost called the police. I heard she encountered a robbery, luckily nothing happened, otherwise, I wouldn’t know how to answer to you."
The affairs of Xu Xia’s visit to the United States had been fully entrusted to Selena. With Xu Xia’s sudden departure yesterday, Selena had quite a ti tracking her down.

After hanging up with Selena, Luo Xiaoqian imdiately dialed Xu Xia’s cellphone, "My dear Miss Xu, I heard you went missing?"
