"Hey, you!"
The girl on the phone turned her face in shock, looking out the car window at Leng Zirui.
Their eyes t, and both were taken aback.
"Xu Xia?!"
"Leng Zirui?!"
Xu Xia was sowhat pleasantly surprised, but Leng Zirui frowned slightly.
This woman, was she deliberately sent by the heavens to bring him trouble?!
Clumsily falling for Tang Ming’s trap, disrupting his plans, and just monts ago she nearly ran him over.
"I’m really sorry!" Xu Xia got out of the car smiling and apologized, "I just took a call and didn’t see your car. How about this, you go have your car repaired, and I’ll pay you back directly later. I’m really in a rush, let’s chat another day, okay!"
As she spoke, she reached out, trying to get her phone back from his hand.
Leng Zirui pulled his hand back, keeping the phone behind him, and Xu Xia’s hand grabbed at empty air.
Sniffing, Leng Zirui opened his mouth in confusion.
"Have you been drinking?"
Xu Xia’s eyes flashed with a hint of panic, but she quickly denied it, "No, I would never drink and drive."
No?!
Leng Zirui held her shoulders and pressed her against the car, leaning his face close to hers.
As she watched his handso face rapidly enlarge in her vision, Xu Xia was flustered, "You... what are you doing?!"
"Don’t misunderstand, I’m not interested in forcibly kissing you!"
Leng Zirui leaned his face next to hers, sniffed, and clearly caught a whiff of alcohol. It was faint, but hadn’t escaped his nose.
Slling the trace of alcohol, Leng Zirui imdiately smiled.
He was originally a bit troubled by how to handle this ticking ti bomb, but this girl just bumped right into his trap, so she couldn’t bla him!
Raising her phone, he directly dialed three numbers—110.
"Hello, yes, there was a car accident here. A woman was driving under the influence and crashed into my car..."
"Leng Zirui!"
Hearing his voice and realizing he was calling the police, Xu Xia imdiately shouted anxiously, reaching out to snatch the phone from his hand.
Unfortunately, his arms were too small, although she was quite tall, in front of him she seed a bit short, and several attempts to grab the phone were in vain.
After reporting the accident location, Leng Zirui hung up with a smile, then returned the phone to her hand.
Casually pinning a drunk driving charge on her, she’d end up spending a week or two inside, and by then things would have blown over, making the whole affair simply resolved.
Seeing the furious Xu Xia in front of him, Leng Zirui was quite pleased.
"Here you go!" Handing the phone back to her, Leng Zirui leaned lazily on her car, "Famous Star Xu, just wait obediently for the law to handle this, okay?"
Seeing his smug look, Xu Xia was already fuming, "Leng Zirui, I’m telling you, don’t push too far..."
"Too far?!" Leng Zirui chuckled lightly, "I’m just following the law, and who told you to drive after drinking!"
Staring at his smile, Xu Xia ground her teeth in anger, wishing she could leap forward and tear the grin off his face, "I wasn’t drinking and driving, I just had so liquor chocolates."
"Dummy, that’s still alcohol, how can you eat that and drive?" Leng Zirui rolled his eyes at her.
Xu Xia bit her lip in frustration, rembering the lingering taste of chocolate on her lips, and suddenly her eyes lit up. She reached into the car and grabbed a piece of chocolate, then turned around, walked up to Leng Zirui, and grabbed him by the collar, attempting to shove the chocolate into his mouth.
