"Of course he’s on my side." ntioning Leng Zirui, Luo Xiaoqian casually recalled the recent events. "What’s going on with you two?"
"Him and ?!" Xu Xia snorted. "That bastard, I’m utterly opposed to him!"
"What happened?" Luo Xiaoqian asked, bewildered.
Initially, Xu Xia had only a passing acquaintance with Leng Zirui, having t him face-to-face a few tis without any interaction. After five years, their first eting turned into mutual opposition, which naturally puzzled Luo Xiaoqian.
"That guy nearly got arrested by the cops!" Xu Xia said angrily.
"Did you get into trouble again?"
"I... I accidentally hit his car. I apologized and offered compensation, but he insisted I was driving under the influence. All I did was eat so liquor chocolates!" Xu Xia complained through gritted teeth. "As if accusing of drunk driving wasn’t enough, he also behaved like a hooligan!"
"That can’t be true, right?" Luo Xiaoqian was sowhat skeptical. As carefree and irresponsible as Leng Zirui might seem, Luo Xiaoqian knew very well that such behavior was only superficial. Luo Xiaoqian was speechless. "You kissed him and then claid he was behaving indecently?"
"I kissed him, that’s him taking advantage of ! If he kisses , that’s being indecent!" Xu Xia imdiately retorted.
Luo Xiaoqian looked at her good friend’s slightly flushed cheeks. "So you two have been kissing back and forth more than once?"
"What kissing back and forth, it was a forced kiss, being indecent... If it weren’t for your sake, I’d definitely report him to his boss!" Xu Xia was still indignantly.
