"Call Doctor Shen upstairs imdiately." The doctor said urgently, grabbing gauze to press against Seo Fei’s wound.
A nurse quickly turned and rushed out of the room, and monts later, footsteps echoed urgently. Shen Yizhou, who was on night duty upstairs, ca rushing in with a nurse and the necessary tools, bursting into Seo Fei’s room.
Quickly cleaning the wound, Shen Yizhou took out the necessary suture needle.
"Hold her down!"
With a deep voice of command, Shen Yizhou raised his hand to pinch Seo Fei’s skin, starting to prepare for the stitching.
"No anesthetic?" The nurse asked, frowning.

Seo Fei turned her face away, unappreciative. Shen Yizhou gestured to the nearby nurse, who imdiately held her face firmly.
Sucking in a breath, Shen Yizhou took up the suture needle to stitch her wound.
"Ah!"
The needle pierced through her skin, causing sharp pain. Seo Fei scread out in agony. Taking advantage of the mont, the nurse imdiately stuffed gauze between her teeth. In severe pain, Seo Fei could only bite down on the gauze, powerless to resist.
Her wound required six stitches in total.
By the ti Shen Yizhou finished treating her wound, Seo Fei was drenched in cold sweat, completely exhausted.

Seo Fei turned her face, looking at him expressionlessly. "You’re right, I deserve to die. If that’s the case, why save at all? Just let die, wouldn’t that be simpler!"
"I’m just fulfilling a doctor’s duty!" Shen Yizhou looked at her angrily. "Xu Pei, you’re too selfish. Aren’t you thinking about your child at all?"
"Child?!" Seo Fei glanced at her covered belly. "What does it matter if he’s born? He’d be a child without a father or mother. He’d still face scorn, just like !"
Shen Yizhou sighed. "Ultimately, this is the result of your and Tang Ming’s actions. If you hadn’t done such heartless things, would he face these hardships?"
