Leng Zirui leaned against the desk, casually pulling a cigar from the box on the table and fiddling with it between his fingers. "Will he die?"
Shen Yizhou put down the phone in his hand, "I will do everything I can to save him!"
Leng Zirui nodded lightly, "You guys should go back and rest. I’d like to be alone for a while."
"Okay."
Shen Yizhou understood his feelings and didn’t offer any comfort. He walked over, supported Tong Ya’s arm, and left the study together.
Leng Zirui picked up the lighter from the table, placed the cigar between his lips, lit it, and took a deep drag.
The bluish smoke swirled around, blurring his face.

Though Leng Zirui didn’t continue on the racing path later and instead donned a military uniform, his admiration and gratitude toward his older brother Leng Zimo remained unwavering.
Now, with such an incident happening to this person, how could he not be heartbroken?!
As the smoke dispersed, this young general, who always loved to laugh and would even joke with nurses while having bullets removed on the operating table, now had eyes brimming with tears.

"Okay."
Luo Xiaoqian slipped into the bed, leaning against the headboard, her gaze fixed unwaveringly on his back, watching him walk into and out of the bathroom, finally feeling a sense of relief in her heart.

"Co on, hurry up and join in bed!" she teased playfully, patting the empty spot beside her.
Coming over, lying down next to her, Leng Zimo gently embraced her and reached up to turn off the small lamp by the bed, "Sleep."
Luo Xiaoqian leaned against the headboard, cradling his head in her arms, "I recently learned a new song, would you like to sing it to you?"
"It’s too late; get so rest," Leng Zimo said from within her embrace.
