Leng Zimo has always been the brain of Emperor View. Now that he’s been resting for so many days, Luo Xiaoqian can’t help worrying about the situation over there.
Ah Jiu frowned slightly, "There are so docunts that need to be handled, and then there is the closing ceremony of the film festival in a few days. It seems the gentleman cannot attend."
"That’s no problem; just co up with a random reason for the public, and I’ll attend with Qin Lan and the others," Luo Xiaoqian pondered slightly, "Bring those docunts back to the farm, I’ll handle them."
"But..." Ah Jiu hesitated a little, "The gentleman surely won’t agree."
Now that she is pregnant, Leng Zimo pampers her like she’s made of crystal, where would he agree to let her busy herself with these?
Luo Xiaoqian smiled and folded her arms, "So now, are you going to listen to or to him?!"
"This..." Ah Jiu pressed her lips together, "Madam can handle the urgent docunts first."

Emperor View was painstakingly built by Leng Zimo, and Ah Jiu is well aware that aside from Luo Xiaoqian and his family, Emperor View and EM are Leng Zimo’s most valued pursuits. If his illness were to affect the operation of Emperor View, that’s a situation no one wants to see.
Neither he nor Luo Xiaoqian.
The two of them returned to the ward, and their subordinates had already brought back dinner prepared for everyone.
Luo Xiaoqian grabbed a al box and took out a specially prepared nutritional al for Leng Zimo, placing it on the small table by the hospital bed. The little guy, Luo Jun, volunteered eagerly, "Dad, let feed you!"
Leng Zimo turned his face, looked at the little guy’s expression, and couldn’t bear to refuse, "Can you do it?"
"Of course." Luo Jun replied confidently.
"Alright, today I’ll taste the al my son feeds !"
Leng Zimo smiled and handed the spoon to his hand. The little guy clambered up to the table, ticulously grabbed a napkin, spread it over Leng Zimo, then carefully scooped so rice into a small bowl, brought it over, scooped up a spoonful, puffed his cheeks and blew several tis, and finally brought it to Leng Zimo’s mouth.
"Open your mouth."
Leng Zimo opened his mouth and swallowed the soup offered to him.
"Is it good?" Luo Jun asked eagerly.
Leng Zimo nodded with an expression of enjoynt, "Yes, this is the best soup Daddy has ever tasted!"
Luo Jun raised the corners of his lips in satisfaction and offered another spoonful of soup, "Then eat more, and you’ll get better soon!"
Luo Xiaoqian sat by the side, looking at the father and son, smiling all the while.
The family of three enjoyed a warm dinner in the ward. After the al, Luo Jun started telling Leng Zimo a story his teacher had told. Although Leng Zimo had guessed the plot developnt and ending from the first sentence, he still held the little guy, patiently listening.
Having brushed with death at the Ghost Gate Pass, he now cherishes everything he has even more.
Even if it’s just a spoonful of soup his son feeds him or a tissue his wife hands him, to him, they are all crucial parts of his world.
Though reluctant, at eight o’clock, Leng Zimo gave the order for Ah Jiu to take the mother and son back to the farm to rest.
Just as Leng Zirui had already returned to the hospital, Luo Xiaoqian felt at ease to leave with Ah Jiu and the others, taking Luo Jun back to the farm.
Listening closely to the sound of the mother and son’s footsteps fading away, Leng Zimo’s gaze fell on Leng Zirui, "What’s the matter?!"
