The eting ended quickly.
As his subordinates left one by one, Jiao Yang relaxed his body against the back of the chair and let out a long sigh of relief.
Finally, it’s all over!
"President Jiao!" A subordinate pushed open the door and walked in, "The assistant you selected earlier has co for an interview. Would you like to see him now?!"
Jiao Yang gestured with his hand, "Let him in then!"
Previously, when he worked at Asia View, he had an assistant. However, five years have passed, and there have been significant personnel changes at Asia View. After returning to Emperor View, he hired a female assistant, whose work ability was decent, but her only flaw was her inability to separate personal feelings from professional duties, developing so ambiguous affections toward him.
Helplessly, Jiao Yang had to dismiss her and recruit a new assistant. To prevent such incidents from happening again, he specifically requested to hire only male assistants this ti.
"Alright!" The subordinate placed the docunts he was holding in front of Jiao Yang, "I’ll call him in!"
Knock, knock, knock!
A sharp, rhythmic three knocks sounded on the door, without any hesitance.
"Co in!"
Jiao Yang slightly raised his voice.
The eting room door was pushed open, and soone walked in slowly.
"Please sit!"
Jiao Yang didn’t turn his head, just leaned back in his chair and uttered two words.
The person strode forward, pulled out a chair at a not-too-far, not-too-close distance, and sat down.
Jiao Yang sat on the chair and glanced at the newcor.
Tall and slender in physique, wearing a light beige suit with a comfortable cut that made the slightly lean figure appear a bit more robust. Short, fine hair frad a jade-white face, with wide-brimd glasses resting on the nose.
From his angle, Jiao Yang could clearly see the side profile, though the glasses obscured a true view behind the lenses.
The person had a very attractive side profile; even wearing glasses could not hide the graceful lines. In person, Mo Wen seed much more exquisite than in the resu photo.
Vaguely, there was a sense of familiarity.
However, Jiao Yang didn’t dwell on it. He had seen the applicant’s photo in the submitted docunts, so the sense of familiarity wasn’t surprising.
He wasn’t soone who judged by appearance. He chose Mo Wen entirely because Mo Wen’s credentials were the most outstanding among all applicants.
According to Mo Wen’s resu, he was proficient in several languages and had experience as an office manager in a similar company, eting all of Jiao Yang’s requirents.
Retracting his gaze, Jiao Yang reached for the docunts on the table, "Are you Mo Wen?!"
"Yes, it’s !" The person slightly turned his face but did not look directly at Jiao Yang, seeming sowhat reserved.
"I’ve read your resu and personally admire it. However, what I want to say is that being my assistant might be exhausting, with frequent flying and little personal ti. Do you mind this?" Jiao Yang asked.
"I don’t mind." Mo Wen replied.
Jiao Yang narrowed his eyes slightly, "Do you mind if I ask about your sexual orientation?!"
Although the person is male, he looked much more attractive than in the photo—could he be a homosexual?!
"I am heterosexual." Mo Wen answered very calmly.
Jiao Yang nodded, "Then head to the HR departnt to sign the contract. You’ll officially start work tomorrow."
"Alright."
Mo Wen agreed, stood up, nodded slightly at him, and walked out of the eting room with firm steps.
Jiao Yang gently tapped the docunts in his hand, looking at the na Mo Wen on the data column, and just slightly raised the corner of his lips, "Mo Wen, Mo Bei? It seems I have so fate with people surnad Mo recently. Hopefully, this assistant won’t bring any trouble again!"
