He walked down the stairs step by step, his gaze sweeping over the few people in the lower cabin before falling on Xu Xia’s face.
Her face still had dried bloodstains, her hair was clumped into strands by the blood, her hands and body bound with ropes, and her short T-shirt was lifted to reveal a waist already reddened by the ropes.
Their eyes t, and seeing the obvious moisture in her eyes, Leng Zirui’s heart clenched tightly with pain.
"Take it out!" Leng Zirui growled, "Take the gun out of her mouth!"
"Tsk tsk! Hero saves beauty, how touching!" Allen clicked his tongue lightly, but deliberately pushed the gun harder into Xu Xia’s mouth, "I just like it this way, what can you do?!"
anwhile, a subordinate quickly ca over to search Leng Zirui.
Leng Zirui grabbed the man’s arm, twisted it forcefully, and slamd him down in front of himself, stepping on his back, gripping his hand tightly, exerting so much force that the man’s bones creaked and he scread like a pig.
"Take, the, gun, out, of, her, mouth!" Leng Zirui enunciated each word slowly.
As he spoke, his dark eyes were fixed on Allen, filled with deep aning.
"Let my person go!" Allen snorted softly, pulling the gun out of Xu Xia’s mouth and rubbing it on her face, "Where’s the key?!"
Leng Zirui released his fingers, kicking the man aside, "I hid it on the ship after I got on board. Untie her ropes, and I’ll take you to find it!"
The subordinate he had just caught rushed over, furious, pressing a gun to his temple and swearing in English, "Damn it, do you want to die?!"
"Let him go!" Xu Xia shouted hoarsely.
Leng Zirui remained unfazed, "Whether it’s or her who dies, you’ll never find the key!"
"Fine, I’ll agree to that!" Allen suddenly shoved Xu Xia in front of him.
With ropes still around her feet, Xu Xia couldn’t stand steadily and fell towards the ground. Leng Zirui darted over, catching her body before she hit the ground, quickly untying the ropes around her.
"Xiao Xia, are you okay?!"
"I’m fine!" Xu Xia leaned on him to stand up, looking at his face, wanting to bla him for foolishly coming alone, but her throat was too choked to speak.
"Don’t be afraid!" Leng Zirui smiled, rubbing her hair, pulling her into his arms, "Trust , we’ll be okay!"
Xu Xia couldn’t speak, so she nodded emphatically, showing her trust in him.
"Hurry up!"
Nearby, several n pointed guns at the two, urging them.
"Let’s go, we’ll go up!"
Leng Zirui smiled, holding her hand, and they were escorted up the stairs by several n.
Feeling the sudden presence of sothing in her palm, Xu Xia looked at him in confusion. He just smiled back, signaling her to stay silent. Though she didn’t know what it was, Xu Xia tightly clenched the item in her palm.
As they led the group upstairs, Leng Zirui squinted towards the window.
By now, the big brother’s n should be arriving soon?!
His eyes caught a strange flash on the distant sea surface, and Leng Zirui subtly smiled, pulling Xu Xia close under the guise of fixing her clothes, whispering in her ear, "To the left of the deck, there’s a speedboat. When I tell you to run, jump into it. That’s the key!"
