Picking up his phone from the desk, Leng Zimo took steps toward the conference room door.
One of his subordinates had already walked to the door to open it for him.
He nodded lightly to the person in thanks and then continued through the door. Rembering the call he had just received, a smile once again bent upwards at the corners of his lips.
"Oh! my lady gaga!" the chief strategist from the planning departnt whispered in awe, "I thought we were going to get scolded again, but who would’ve thought, today His Majesty didn’t lose his temper!"
"Didn’t you see? President Leng was smiling when he walked out just now!" an underling from the marketing departnt said.
Everyone exchanged a knowing look and started smiling with a hint of mischief.
"It must be that phone call, are we saying that our Venerable Master is in love?!"

"Cough!" Ailin gave a light cough, "Everyone, have you forgotten about the planning proposal you still have to work on?!"
Hearing her ntion the proposal, the group lost their appetite for gossip. They imdiately started gathering their computers and docunts, hurrying back to their offices to research.
Watching everyone leave, Ailin packed up her computer and materials from the desk and returned to the CEO’s office, only to see that Leng Zimo had already co out.
"Cancel the dinner for tonight. Also, I might co in late tomorrow morning, so handle anything that cos up for , and don’t call unless it’s an ergency!"
He left quickly after giving her the instructions.
After Leng Zimo left, the other assistants in the office imdiately gathered around Ailin.
"Hey, Sister Ailin, I heard that our Emperor is in love, is that true or false?"
"I’m willing to bet it’s true. Our workaholic here has never left the office before nightfall before!"

The girls chatted back and forth, all wearing excited expressions.

Luo Xiaoqian put down her shopping bags in the kitchen and imdiately humd a tune as she returned to the living room. Carefully, she took out a photo from her wallet. She swiftly got up to get her cara from upstairs and carefully took several shots reproducing the photo.

Setting the cara aside, she carefully tucked the photo into a fra and held it up, looking for a fitting spot but could not find the right place.
