Luo Xiaoqian looked at the gun in her hand with confusion, only to discover that the magazine had already been removed.
"You’re the first woman to dare to shoot at ." Luo Ke smiled at her, without any anger in his eyes, "This ti, I’m not mad at you."
"Despicable!"
Luo Xiaoqian cursed angrily, suddenly raising her hand and smashing the gun towards his face.
Everything happened too suddenly; even Luo Ke didn’t expect it. He instinctively dodged, but the gun struck his cheek.
"Damn!"
Two subordinates imdiately rushed forward: one grabbed the gun from her hand, while the other restrained Luo Xiaoqian.
"Don’t touch her!"
Luo Ke roared, kicking the man away, sending him crashing against the car window and then falling inside the compartnt.
Seeing Luo Ke’s cold gaze, the two subordinates were visibly scared.
She was his, no one could touch her.
"I’m sorry, I’m sorry, sir!"
The subordinate who was hit kneeled on the ground, begging for rcy.
Luo Ke cast him a cold glance, then stepped on the man’s right hand.
Crack!
The sound of bone breaking—a punishnt for him.
"Ah!" The subordinate gritted his teeth, still groaning in pain, breaking out in a cold sweat, yet he kept apologizing, "Thank you, sir!"
Luo Ke not killing him was already an imnse rcy.
Luo Xiaoqian was pinned against a corner of the car seat, watching the scene unfold, a chill running down her spine.
This man was too dangerous!
Taking a handkerchief from his pocket, Luo Ke wiped his forehead, glancing at the bloodstain on it. He turned to look at Luo Xiaoqian; seeing the cold in his eyes, she instinctively shrank back.
"Don’t be afraid, my little princess!" Luo Ke smiled, reaching out to steady her, gently tidying her hair, "As long as you behave, I won’t hurt you."
His fingers touched her lips, eyes narrowing slightly, gently brushing her soft lips with his fingertip, watching those lips part slightly in tension, his mouth felt parched.
Cupping her face, Luo Ke slowly leaned closer to Luo Xiaoqian.
"Don’t touch !"
Luo Xiaoqian suddenly pushed him away.
Luo Ke frowned, pulling her back, pressing her onto the seat, grasping her chin, intending to force her.
Luo Xiaoqian struggled in vain, raising her hand for a slap.
Smack!
The sharp sound echoed in the car, not loud, yet it felt like thunder.
Luo Ke straightened himself, touching his face.
His cheek burned with pain from the slap; Luo Xiaoqian had hit him with all her strength, her strike even breaking the skin of his lip.
A woman hitting him twice, even drawing blood—this was definitely the first ti in Luo Ke’s life.
The subordinates, including the one with the crushed wrist, all held their breaths.
Everyone sensed the ominous air emanating from Luo Ke; speaking now was asking for death!
Luo Xiaoqian quickly sat upright, pulling her clothes tighter, shrinking into a corner of the seat, her mood equally tense.
She knew how ruthless this man could be; having hit him like this, he surely wouldn’t let her go, right?!
She wasn’t afraid of dying, but she couldn’t die. There was still her and Leng Zimo’s Xiao Xiao inside her; she and Leng Zimo were supposed to see the world’s wonders together—how could she die?!
