Listening to his voice coming from the speakers, Luo Xiaoqian turned her face to see Leng Zimo singing beside her, feeling that everything was suddenly like a dream.
Years ago, she had fantasized about singing a duet with him. Although this wasn’t on stage, it still felt as blissful as a dream.

This song matched both their moods so well; the two of them sang, locking eyes, unwittingly forgetting where they were.
Everyone around them was also listening intently.
The song ended.
Qin Lan led the way, whistling.

Luo Xiaoqian regained her composure, her face as red as a burning fla.

But Leng Zimo beside her extended his arm and boldly pulled her into his embrace.

Everyone busied themselves with raising their glasses, and no one noticed Luo Xiaoqian’s unnatural expression.

Everyone usually knew Leng Zimo for his strict and demanding work, but seeing him so easy-going when it ca to playing, they let loose as well.
As everyone was leaving, Luo Xiaoqian helped Xu Xia up, and Yu Tong rushed over to support Xu Xia’s arm, "I’ll take her ho. You take care of President Leng. He’s been drinking; don’t let him drive!"
"Okay!" Luo Xiaoqian couldn’t say much else and gave Yu Tong Xu Xia’s address.
The duty manager had already rushed over, insisting on not letting Leng Zimo pay the bill, respectfully escorting the two downstairs and personally hailing a taxi for them.
Back at World City, climbing upstairs, Leng Zimo kept silent, occasionally glancing at Luo Xiaoqian, who was blushing and didn’t dare to look at him; the corners of his lips kept turning upwards.
After entering the door and changing out of her slippers, he had already pulled her into a horizontal embrace, carried her straight upstairs, and went directly to the rooftop railing before setting her down.

"You’re the fool!"
Embracing him back, that’s what she said.
If she was a gift sent to him by heaven, then he was the angel sent by heaven to save her.
