This kiss naturally deepened from a light one.
In this mont, there were no words, yet a thousand things were said: all the tenderness, indulgence, and reluctance passed between their lips and teeth.
After a long ti, they finally parted their lips from each other.
"Don’t ever leave again, understand?"
Gazing at her face, his voice was gentle but carried an undertone of command.
During the day and more when she had been missing, he felt like he was in Hell. Leng Zimo had never known that loving soone could be such tornt.
This woman belonged to him, and she always would!
He wouldn’t allow her to get hurt, let alone leave.
Noticing the scabbed abrasion on her flank, he kissed gently beside her wound, then raised his face to look at her with heartache.
"Does it still hurt?"
Luo Xiaoqian shook her head, her face flushed.
"I’ll kill him!" he said seriously. "When I find that person, I’m definitely going to kill him!"
"Don’t!" She lifted her hand to steady his face. "It’s enough for the law to punish him. I don’t want you to kill soone for again; it’s too dangerous."
Leng Zimo was silent, just lowering his face again to kiss her lips.
In his heart, however, he had already made a firm decision: he would not let that person off.
Anyone who had hurt her would pay the price!

The next day, when Luo Xiaoqian woke up, it was already 10 a.m.
She thought that Leng Zimo wasn’t there, but as soon as she moved, a hand stretched out from behind and wrapped around her.
"Zimo?"
Luo Xiaoqian turned her face in surprise and, as she turned around, she saw his handso face zooming in front of her eyes. Then his kiss landed on her once again.
From her forehead to her eyebrows, passing over her nose, cheeks, and landing on her lips, he kissed her until she was out of breath and her lips and face were wet. Only then did Leng Zimo let her go.
"What do you want to eat, Chinese or Western? For Chinese, there’s porridge, fried dough sticks, soy milk, buns, and for Western, there’s bread, milk, and..."
"Are you dreaming?"
Luo Xiaoqian interrupted him with a laugh. Even if he could cook, how could he possibly have prepared so much all at once?
Leng Zimo glanced at the clock on the table. "It should be about ti."
"Who?" she asked, puzzled.
Leng Zimo shrugged. "I don’t know if it’s Gao Jie or Lin Ye, maybe both of them will co up together!"
"You an..." Luo Xiaoqian suddenly snapped to her senses, flustered as she threw off the blanket and got out of bed, grabbed a piece of clothing at random to throw on, and ran towards the bathroom.
Seeing her like this, Leng Zimo just laughed softly. "You don’t need to be so nervous. I’ve instructed them to wait for my call upstairs. They won’t co up until I call them."
Only then did Luo Xiaoqian relax. "You scared to death; I thought they were already up here!"
Leng Zimo raised an eyebrow. "I don’t have the habit of letting other won into my bedroom. Rember to tell them not to enter our bedroom, or I’ll fire them on the spot."
"Got it, President Leng!" Luo Xiaoqian smiled at him. "Shouldn’t you be getting up too? By this ti, you’ll be late for work, won’t you?"
"I’ve already called Ailin to say I’ll be late. They’ll co up and then I’ll leave," said Leng Zimo as he got out of bed. "I won’t give anyone a chance to hurt you ever again."
Seeing the serious expression on his face, Luo Xiaoqian turned and walked past him. "Starting today, I’ll take good care of myself for you!"
"Good girl!" Leng Zimo indulgently patted her head. "Now, go take a shower."
After they both showered and changed clothes, Leng Zimo finally made a call to inform Gao Jie and Lin Ye to co upstairs together.
