Leng Lin’s ward.
Shen Yizhou was in Leng Lin’s ward, reminding him to have a fasting blood test in the morning when he heard his phone ring. He reached into his pocket, pulled out the mobile, and saw it was Leng Zimo calling. He imdiately handed the sheet he was holding to a nurse.
"Uncle Leng, rest for now. I need to take a call." He walked to a quieter part of the ward before answering, "Hello, this is Yizhou."
"I need you to arrange a reliable obstetrician for Xiao Qian."
"Obstetrician?" Shen Yizhou was taken aback. "Is Xiao Qian really pregnant?"
"It’s not confird yet, but I want soone to check her out."
"It’s late now, and even if I find soone, the hospital staff from other departnts won’t be available. Here’s what we’ll do—I’ll get everything set up for you, and you bring Xiao Qian over first thing tomorrow morning." Knowing his temperant, Shen Yizhou added with a smile, "However, if you can’t wait, you could just buy a pregnancy test from the pharmacy. They’re simple, convenient, and quite accurate."
"Alright," Leng Zimo agreed, "how’s my dad doing?"
"He’s in good spirits now. Tomorrow I’ll help him with the fasting blood test and then run a series of examinations. Don’t worry too much."
"Then I’ll see you at the hospital tomorrow." Leng Zimo hung up the phone.
By then, Leng Zirui had also stepped out of the ward.
"My brother?"
"Yes!" Shen Yizhou turned with a smile. "You devil are almost like the Prophecy Emperor. Zimo just called to say Xiao Qian might really be pregnant and asked to arrange for a doctor to check her."
"Really?!" Leng Zirui’s face lit up with joy. "This is a good sign. I believe Dad will be fine!"

"Yizhou said he’ll have everything ready for us first thing in the morning, and we should get a pregnancy test to try it out ourselves first." Leng Zimo made a U-turn and headed back to World City. "You threw up everything you ate just now, are you hungry?"

"We’ll see with a series of tests tomorrow."
