By the lake.
The three people have already eaten their fill, and the little guy is initially circling around asking questions while Leng Zimo carefully explains to him.
As night falls, Luo Xiaoqian glances at her watch and stands up from the picnic blanket.
"It’s getting late; shall we head back?"
The two begin to pack up the things on the ground, and Leng Zimo folds up the telescope and the stand together, straps them to his back, and spreads his arms toward Luo Jun, "Co on, Uncle will carry you!"
"Let carry him." Luo Xiaoqian quickly says.
"No need, just take care of throwing away the trash." Leng Zimo directly picks up the little guy, "Hand the grill!"
"It’s too much." She refuses.
He’s carrying the telescope and the stand, holding the kid, and taking a grill, which is too tiring.
Leng Zimo holds Luo Jun in one arm and grabs the grill in her hand with the other, "Let go."
"Can you manage?" Luo Xiaoqian looks at his face with so concern.
He tugs at the corner of his lips, "Compared to your weight, these are much lighter."
Her face instantly turns red, and while she’s montarily distracted, he’s already taken the grill.
"Uncle Zimo is amazing." Luo Jun exclaims admiringly.
Leng Zimo lifts his right arm and strikes a bodybuilding pose, laughing, "Of course, because I’m Superman!"
"Can you still run?" Luo Jun asks seriously.
"Hold onto Uncle’s neck." Leng Zimo gently orders, and Luo Jun imdiately reaches out his arms to wrap them around his neck, "Hold tight, Superman mode is about to start, 3, 2, 1!"
As he counts to 1, he imdiately picks up the pace and runs forward with him, making the little guy giggle in his arms.
Luo Xiaoqian, carrying a trash bag, watches the father and son, smiling slightly.
"Mom, you’re falling behind!"
"Watch catch up to you!"
Hearing Luo Jun calling her, she imdiately speeds up and chases after them.
The three of them keep running and playing, spreading laughter all along their way.
Back at the villa, Luo Jun just pulls Leng Zimo, wanting him to continue telling a story. During these days spending ti with him, the little guy is becoming increasingly close to Leng Zimo, and Luo Xiaoqian happily watches this, unceremoniously handing over the task of helping him with a bath to Leng Zimo.
After cleaning the grill, she washes her hands and takes out her phone, only to see a text from a private detective stating that Seo Fei is in the sa villa complex as Leng Zimo.
Deleting the text, Luo Xiaoqian goes straight upstairs, walks to the balcony, and looks through the telescope at the opposite complex. Sure enough, there’s a Beetle car parked not far from Leng Zimo’s villa, and soone can be vaguely seen sitting in the driver’s seat.
After coaxing the little guy to sleep, Leng Zimo cos out and sees Luo Xiaoqian standing on the balcony, imdiately walking over.
Hearing his footsteps, Luo Xiaoqian quickly lowers the telescope in her hand, casually placing it on the small table on the balcony, using her body to block it.
"What are you looking at?!" Leng Zimo asks curiously.
"Nothing, is Mo Mo asleep?" She smiles and asks.
"Already asleep," Leng Zimo’s words are hardly finished when the phone in his pocket starts ringing. Confused, he takes it out and sees Seo Fei’s na on it, then answers with doubt, "What’s up?!"
"I’ve prepared the cooperation details; there are a few minor issues I’m not entirely clear on. Could we discuss them in person?" Seo Fei asks from the other end.
"Just send the docunt to my email, I’ll check it in a bit." Leng Zimo replies.
