After a mont, Mo Wangchen withdrew his hand and spoke softly to Shi Yan.
Shi Yan nodded, "Back then, Yun’er and I ventured deep into the mountains where the miasma was heavy. I was unconscious for several days before being found, and even though I was rescued, the miasma absorbed during that ti was enough to block my Spirit Sea."
The Spirit Sea is the foundation of a Cultivator. Even the Great Powers of today are powerless if sothing goes wrong with their Spirit Sea, requiring Divine dicine to repair it.
But the No-Thought Sect is just a second-rate force within the Eastern Desolate. Divine dicine is exceedingly rare and precious; not to ntion whether they possess it or not, even if they did, many would likely oppose using such dicine on Shi Yan.

Ahead was a flat area, with an ancient hall in the center. A gatekeeping disciple saw Shi Yan arriving and slightly frowned, "Shi Yan junior brother, why are you here?"
"Senior brother, I wish to et with the Supre Elder; could you trouble you to announce my arrival?" Shi Yan lowered his posture significantly. Currently, he was not favored within the Sect, so it was fortunate the disciple did not chase him away.
"Alright, since you were once a disciple under the Supre Elder, I’ll go ask the elder, but I can’t guarantee he will see you." The gatekeeping disciple sighed and turned away.
"Emperor Realm Third Layer Cultivation..."
Standing beside Shi Yan, Mo Wangchen released his Divine Thought, sweeping the hall. Within the hall, there was an Emperor Realm level aura, the most powerful person within No-Thought Sect.
The Supre Elder, this identity is a notch higher than the Sect Master and only attainable after stepping down as the previous Sect Master.

"Is this Zhuo Yun’s daughter with Shi Yan junior brother?" The gatekeeping disciple couldn’t help but ask curiously upon hearing their talk.
Mo Wangchen looked at him and smiled, nodding.
The disciple sighed, "Years ago, Shi Yan senior brother was considered a talent of our No-Thought Sect, but later encountered such a thing..."
About a quarter of an hour later, Shi Yan erged from the hall, wearing a troubled face. Mo Wangchen could tell the result by looking at him.
"We... perhaps we should co back another ti..."
Shi Yan sighed, evidently rejected by the Supre Elder for a eting with Zhuo Yun.
Mo Wangchen furrowed his brows slightly and then said, "We’ve co already; why wait for next ti?"
With those words, he stepped forward, facing the main hall door. In his deep eyes flashed a bright gleam, and he calmly said, "Isn’t it just eting between husband and wife? Not even granting this small request, how stubborn as Supre Elder, how can you manage the Sect well?"
"Senior!"
Shi Yan was shocked, not expecting Mo Wangchen to utter such audacious words, even daring to criticize the Great Elder, who is an Emperor Realm Great Power and considered a dominant presence in the entire Eastern Desolate.
