"Roar!"
In the sky above, the giant beast roared with fury, standing formidable against the siege of the three ’Young Kings’.
Even up to this point, every attack the Monster Beast unleashed forced the three ’Young Kings’ to abandon their offense and fall back to defend.
If it weren’t for their individual defensive Magical Treasures, they would have long been overwheld.
Though Monster Beasts are not as intelligent as humans, the disparity in strength is not easily bridged.
At the first peak of the Ancient God Realm, it’s still a tier, and the gap compared to the true second tier is not just minor.
As the battle raged on, fatigue showed on the faces of the three ’Young Kings’.
The fiercer the monster’s attacks beca, the more strenuously they defended, their faces turning notably pale.
In between, they attempted counterattacks, but even striking with their full power couldn’t threaten this beast, failing to even breach its defense.
"Damn, this Silver Winged Lion Tiger must have a cultivation of a hundred thousand years; otherwise, it couldn’t be this strong. The last one we slew was also at the second tier of the Ancient God Realm, yet it was noticeably easier."
Among them, a man wielding a golden long spear shouted furiously. His overwhelming Spear Light pierced out, sharp and terrifying, seemingly puncturing the void, yet it only caused the Silver Winged Lion Tiger to tremble slightly, its force reduced to flying ashes in the blink of an eye.
"The last one only had a cultivation of at most fifty thousand years and lacked a Demon Core. If this one truly has a hundred thousand years, it must possess a Demon Core!" the sole woman said as her long sword trembled in her hand, dragging along a sky-covering Sword Force, transforming into a hundred-zhang Sword Light that slashed down.
"Crack!"
Yet this strike still had no effect.
"It certainly has a Demon Core, but this Silver Winged Lion Tiger’s strength clearly exceeds what the three of us can handle; let’s find a way to retreat, or we might not only lose the Demon Core but our lives too." said another man.
"Silver Winged Lion Tigers usually don’t attack Cultivators unprovoked, but once soone provokes it, it will pursue them relentlessly. Also, the Silver Winged Lion Tiger is famously fast; trying to retreat now..."
The man with the golden long spear frowned. Now, he had nearly exhausted all his offensive ans to no avail, and the three of them had expended much. If this continued and they didn’t find a way to leave, they would soon perish here.
The woman frowned, "Are we really giving up? If we could obtain the Demon Core of this Silver Winged Lion Tiger, we would enter the Xuanyun Sect..."
"We won’t even have our lives, and you’re thinking about the Xuanyun Sect?" The other man shook his head.
The man with the golden long spear suddenly changed his expression dramatically and exclaid, "Watch out!"
"Boom!"
But his warning ca too late. The Silver Winged Lion Tiger’s wings, like a sweeping barrage, caught them off guard, knocking them out of the sky.
"Boom!"
Yet another loud crash as the three landed on the ground, coughing up blood, their faces pale.
"Uh..."
By a stroke of misfortune, they fell right into the grass where Mo Wangchen was hiding, now clambering up from the ground beside him.
"Who are you? Why are you hiding here?" The woman frowned, wiping the blood from the corner of her mouth with her hand.
"He must have followed us and hidden here, hoping to reap the benefits while we fight." The other two n looked on with unfriendly expressions.
"Apologies, I just happened to pass by." Mo Wangchen said with a wry smile.
"Roar!"
At the sa ti, the Silver Winged Lion Tiger above roared thunderously, its blood-red eyes locking onto the people below before pressing its huge paw down.
The massive paw, like a giant mountain, cast a vast shadow before it even hit, creating an inexplicable sense of oppression.
"It’s over!"
The three were in despair, having just been gravely wounded by the Silver Winged Lion Tiger. Unable to fly in the sky, how could they possibly evade it?
"Swoosh!"
Suddenly, at that mont, Mo Wangchen leapt into the air, his body bursting with Holy Light, his Divine King Body unleashed to the utmost.
He soared upwards, his fist bursting with boundless Golden Radiance, and with a furious shout, he smashed it outward with great force.
"Boom!"
A collision of epic proportions exploded, like two Heavenly Mountains clashing; the terrifying energy burst deafened those present.
In the unbelieving eyes of the three ’Young Kings’, the Silver Winged Lion Tiger was sent flying by a punch from Mo Wangchen.
"Boom!"
Mo Wangchen himself was also affected by the impact, his body flying backwards, and when his feet touched the ground below, it seed as if the entire earth trembled slightly, the ground cracking.
"Such formidable strength!"
He was amazed. The Silver Winged Lion Tiger’s strength was extraordinarily terrifying. If not for his Divine King Body, he might have been smashed into pulp by that attack.
"Besides being famous for its speed, the Silver Winged Lion Tiger’s body is incredibly tough. Many God Realm experts avoid provoking it because breaking through its defense is imnsely difficult." Even while surprised, the three behind didn’t forget to warn Mo Wangchen.
"Friend, would you help us slay this fierce beast? We three would be forever grateful!" The man with the golden long spear pleaded.
Mo Wangchen’s ability to send the Silver Winged Lion Tiger flying with one punch showed that his strength definitely surpassed the second tier of the Ancient God Realm. They were at their wit’s end, and without Mo Wangchen’s intervention, they would have perished during that blow.
"This beast is ferocious and has a very strong defense; it’s not easy to deal with. You three should rely on your own luck; farewell!"
Mo Wangchen did not wish to get entangled in any trouble. Though he feared not the Silver Winged Lion Tiger, defeating it would require considerable effort.
Furthermore, he didn’t know the three before him or their character, and Mo Wangchen clearly had no inclination to assist them.
"Friend, that’s as good as killing us. You should know, if you leave now, in our current state, we won’t survive." Seeing Mo Wangchen turn to leave, another man beca anxious.
"That’s not my concern; you brought this on yourself by provoking it." Mo Wangchen shook his head.
"The Silver Winged Lion Tiger likely has a Demon Core inside. If you kill it, the Demon Core is yours. It’s the essence of ten thousand years of cultivation by the Silver Winged Lion Tiger, offering endless benefits to God Realm experts." The man with the golden long spear hurriedly added.
"We were going to take the Demon Core to the Xuanyun Sect..." the woman frowned.
But before she could finish, the other two n interjected, "At a ti like this, who cares about the Xuanyun Sect? Staying alive is what matters."
"What is this Demon Core you’re talking about, and what benefits does it offer God Realm experts?" Mo Wangchen turned, eyes sweeping over the three of them.
