Suddenly one of the Nyxter’s blade ca flying from the right and made a small cut on his finger.

Both of their blood drops fell down on the circle but there was just one difference, the demon pact circle started shining brightly red before Leon’s blood even touched it.
"The pact is now sealed. Oh and there is one more thing that I might’ve forget to tell you, the first one to step out of this pact circle will die within ten seconds... Hehehehe." rlin spoke with a maniacal smile as he thought he had signed the pact with Leon.

Leon is now sitting inside the Royal carriage with Adwin and Dreulis.
"Hmm... I see so he was in pact with the demon girl and that demon didn’t knew about it so according to the rules he was the first one to step out of the circle.
That was a really smart move." Adwin spoke with a wide smile on his face as he looked at Leon.
"Indeed a very intelligent move, even I couldn’t think of that way. But how did you knew that the demon girl has dropped her blood on the pact circle before you ?" Dreulis asked as he looked at Leon.
"Well when I was on the ground injured... I saw everyone’s face and only Enid was smiling, before I could’ve figured out why she was laughing... She flicked her finger and a drop of her blood fell on the ground.
That’s when I understood why she was smiling." Leon replied with a smile.
"So... You gambled your life on just that ?" Adwin asked with a shocked expression.
"Not only that... You also took another gamble when you ran out of the pact circle. How did you know if the demon will follow you out ?" Dreulis asked as he looked at Leon.
"As I have already said... I played a gamble. If i would’ve failed, I would’ve died. As simple as that." Leon replied in a neutral tone.
"A man who doesn’t fear death... You can achieve great things." Dreulis replied.
"Well he is already a king. A really powerful and smart one at that." Adwin replied with a smile.
"Yeah... About that, I am not a king, Adwin." Leon spoke as he looked at Adwin.
"What ?" Adwin asked as his eyes widened in shock.
"Yes. There is no Kingdom nad Gotham and I am not a king. That’s all I can tell you about for now.
I had to make up that lie just to get past your son on the border that day. Your assassin heard it and told you about ." Leon explained.
"And... You didn’t think to tell the truth during the party or that secret eting ?" Adwin asked as his voice started to raise.

I thought you were my friend. Oh my god... I am so disappointed." Adwin spoke as he looked at Leon with an angry expression.
"Two things, with no gesture have I specified that I am your friend and you only invited to that eting so that you can have more soldiers to die from you on the battlefield." Leon replied in a calm tone.
"I would do everything in my power to protect my kingdom and it’s people. Creating Alliance with a neighbouring kingdom is called politics." Adwin replied with a serious expression.
"Well... I just saved your kingdom from a demon invasion and you owe a huge favour. I will ask for it when the ti cos." Leon replied with a straight face.
"You think I am afraid of you just cause you killed so demons by gambling on your life ? Give one reason why should I even consider that as a favour coming from a huge liar like you ?"
"You don’t have to... at last you are a real king and I can’t stop you from playing politics. I also can’t force my will on you. That’s my stop, would you kindly make your carriage driver-"
"STOP THE CARRIAGE." Adwin shouted loudly and the carriage ca to halt imdiately.

Leon stood up from his seat and fixed his suit as he turned to look at Adwin.
"What ?" Adwin asked with a serious expression.
"I killed so demons today, but is it over ? Your son is still fighting demons sowhere, the elfs are always trying to push into the kingdom.
Thousands of soldiers died on an outpost and I have seen the monster that did it. I have fought him and believe , if he wipes out another force of soldiers... You will have to give so serious explanation to the people of your kingdom because you don’t want them knowing that there is a powerful unknown monster like him lurking in the forest cause if they do, I don’t think they would even want to stay in your kingdom.

Adwin looked at him with a serious expression and wide eyes, he wasn’t afraid of Leon but he also didn’t have the words to say after that.
He then stepped out of the carriage and before closing the gate, Leon looked at Adwin one last ti.
"This is what you call politics, King Adwin. My na is Leon Luster and I don’t like people forgetting my favours." Leon spoke as he removed his mask and closed the carriage’s door.
