Now reading: Chapter 82 - 80: Gift from All My Professions Have Divine-Level Talents, a Eastern novel by Traveling the Land and Firmament.

Ai Jin’s tutting stopped. He stared at Lu Cang as if looking at a monster.

"That... Magic Void transformation stage?"

Iz: "Mhm."

Ai Jin heaved a long sigh. "The younger generation is truly sothing to be feared..."

"Alright, tell . What kind of Magic Wand are you looking to have made?"

Iz glanced at Lu Cang. "Go on, take it out."

Lu Cang nodded and took the [Void Spirit Star Wood] out of his Storage Space.

"This is...!"

Seeing the Void Spirit Star Wood, Ai Jin jumped back in fright.

"Iz! Did you rob the national treasury?"

Iz looked exasperated. "Ai Jin, do I look like that kind of person to you?"

Ai Jin caressed the Void Spirit Star Wood. "Otherwise, how could that old coot, the King, bear to part with sothing like this for you?"

"It wasn’t for . It was for him."

Ai Jin looked at Lu Cang.

"For him?"

"Perhaps he saw the value in his Talent."

Iz placed a hand on Lu Cang’s head. "Lu Cang really is an incredible genius, though second only to , of course."

’Oh, Iz. That last part was completely unnecessary.’

’I’m still a little behind now, but I expect that with a few more Divine Talents, I should be able to surpass Iz.’

’After becoming a Level 3 Mage, I’ll switch over to beco a Level 1 Decryption Scholar.’

’I’ll get two new Divine Talents in one go.’

’That should be enough.’

’Although, I have a feeling the Decryption Scholar’s Talent won’t be a Battle Elent type.’

Ai Jin stared at the Void Spirit Star Wood on the table, his expression serious and solemn.

He crouched down again and asked, "Kid, what kind of Magic Wand do you want?"

Lu Cang had already thought this through long before he arrived.

He answered candidly, "I want a Magic Wand that can significantly increase Casting Distance. It would be best if it could also increase the Magic’s Power and its area of effect. As for effects like conserving Magic Power or shortening Chanting ti, I don’t need those at all."

Ai Jin counted on his fingers. "Distance, Power, and Range."

"That shouldn’t be a problem."

"What about other Enchantnt Effects? For example, a specific Elental boost, or if you have any Magic you excel at, or a preferred Elent type, I can offer so suggestions."

Iz spoke up. "Ai Jin, Lu Cang is a genius with Perfect Sensitivity to All Elents. He doesn’t need an elental preference. And as for his Casting... he can elevate any Magic to the Beyond Level all by himself."

Ai Jin heard Iz’s response.

The corner of his mouth twitched slightly.

’This genius sounds a bit ridiculous.’

"You said Beyond Magic? The sa ’Beyond’ you ntioned before?"

Iz: "Mhm, that’s right. He’s the one who developed this Beyond Magic."

’A monster...’

’A real monster. Why are magical geniuses popping up like they’re free these days?’

’No wonder our Lorren Kingdom’s position on the continent is becoming more and more secure.’

Lorren itself is a Kingdom centered on and revering Magic. Although it accommodates other Professions, Magic is undoubtedly the Core of which the Lorren Kingdom is most proud.

It has one Level 6 Magic Saint, Feize, and seven or eight Level 5 Magic Emperors.

On this continent, even if its national strength isn’t the absolute strongest, it can be considered Overlord Level.

For other small countries, having even one Level 5 Mage is considered good.

So weaker nations might not even have a single Level 5 Professional... though such countries are generally smaller than a single city in the Lorren Kingdom.

As for Izparut.

He isn’t from the Lorren Kingdom; he’s just happened to be passing through.

The King wanted to keep Iz in the country, or at least have his na affiliated with the Lorren Kingdom, but he was t with Iz’s rciless refusal.

Iz is an absolute neutral, favoring no race and leaning toward no nation.

This was likely the reason the King was unwilling to give him the Void Spirit Star Wood.

Of course, with Iz’s power, he wasn’t exactly hurting for one more Magic Staff.

Ai Jin paused for a mont, then said, "So, for the Magic Wand’s effects, the focus will be on Casting Distance, Power, and increasing the Magic’s area of effect."

"This is good. The more focused the requirents, the better the crafted Effect will be."

Iz’s hand swept lightly across the table.

A row of bones, shells, roots, leaves... all sorts of materials appeared before Ai Jin.

"Tier Seven... a Tier Seven Demon’s shell?"

"And this, could it be the legendary Mirror Dragon Scale?!"

"Is this the heart of the King of the Holy Spirits?"

Iz smiled. "Let’s use these materials."

Lu Cang stared at the table full of materials, sowhat stunned himself.

"Iz, these materials... they’re too valuable."

But Iz shook his head. "Lu Cang, a primary material on the level of Void Spirit Star Wood must be paired with auxiliary materials like these."

"Otherwise, you won’t be able to bring out its best effects."

"I’m using the corpse of the King of Exotic Insects you killed for research, so you can consider this a trade for these materials."

The corpse of a single King of Exotic Insects was definitely not worth so many Tier Seven materials. Lu Cang knew that.

"Besides, as your master, I’ve never given you a Magic Wand."

"In the academies, when a student gets promoted, their ntor always gives them a commorative Magic Wand."

"So, you could say this Magic Wand is my belated promotion gift to you."

For a mont, Lu Cang didn’t know how to respond.

Izparut had helped him so much. If it weren’t for Iz, he might have just been a Mage who learned the ordinary Magic Enhancent Technique.

Even if he had raised the ordinary Magic Enhancent Technique to Level 100, or even to the Beyond Level, he probably wouldn’t have such an imnse amount of Magic Power.

As for everything else...

Lu Cang couldn’t even begin to count it all.

After a long period of contemplation, Lu Cang finally looked up. "Iz."

"I will beco a student you can be proud of."

Iz: "Oh! Then I’ll look forward to it!"

"Right, the processing fee." Lu Cang said to the shopkeeper.

But Ai Jin just waved his hand. "What fee!"

"You should count your blessings I’m not paying you for this."

Ai Jin clapped his hands. "How about this? Go pick any two Magic Tools from out front. Whatever you want."

"Huh?" Lu Cang was confused.

"What’re you ’huh’-ing about?"

Iz laughed. "High Tier materials are a once-in-a-lifeti find. A crafting opportunity like this will allow him to fulfill an Enchanter’s dream."

"For him, an opportunity like this is sothing money can’t buy."

’Oh...’

’So that’s how it is.’

Lu Cang’s understanding of this world deepened a little more.

Iz: "Ai Jin, how long will it take to finish the Magic Wand?"

Ai Jin had already taken the Void Spirit Star Wood in hand, examining it minutely as if caressing a lover.

He stared at the piece of wood with an obsessed gaze.

He replied, "A week should be about right... However, I can only craft it with Level 5 properties for now."

"I’ll need to get promoted before I can add Level 6 properties."

"But for this little guy, this will be more than enough for a long ti."

"This Magic Wand... it might just beco the most powerful Magic Wand on the entire continent..."
