Su Xin strolled around the room where the cage was located, found nothing noteworthy, and teleported away.

Ten minutes later.

Su Xin had finished inspecting the whole building.

He was sowhat curious about Kangbo Biological Company's research, but rely looking around didn't yield much useful information.

So he returned to the entrance and delivered a strike to his own throat outside the security room.

...

Inside the surveillance room within the building.

Two neatly dressed guards leaned back in their chairs, chatting leisurely, occasionally glancing at the wall full of surveillance monitors.

At so point, one of the guards suddenly sat up with a loud thud, exclaiming:

"Damn! Sothing's happened!"

"What? What's going on?"

The other guard was startled and quickly focused on the surveillance screen.

"Monitor number two, soone's dead."

The guard who reacted first spoke rapidly while pressing the intercom on his collar to report urgently:

"Report to the captain! The security room at the entrance has been attacked, two people dead, no trace of the perpetrator!"

"Report to the captain! The security room at the entrance has been attacked, two people dead, no trace of the perpetrator!"

The ssage spread, and the entire security team sprang into action; ard guards rushed towards the entrance.

Su Xin stood outside the security room and soon heard the urgent footsteps quickly approaching.

The sensing range of the Super Sensing Sketching ability was ten ters, which might seem short in open places, but within a building, ten ters was enough to cover several rooms and floors.

Normally, a six-story residential building's height is about twenty ters; standing on a middle floor, Su Xin could sense the whole building.

To explore the interior of this experintal building more ticulously, Su Xin had walked around it earlier, focusing on objects at closer distance for careful observation.

In fact, this experintal building was only about twenty ters tall, and even standing on the first floor, Su Xin could perceive everyone below the fourth floor.

Not to ntion the fact that those moving didn't need brain effort to be identified easily.

"All of you, die."

Su Xin's expression was cold as he forcefully slashed his throat.

Every second, three guards would simultaneously gush blood from their throats and collapse.

In just a few seconds, all the guards below the fourth floor had fallen, so lifeless, others still twitching.

In the surveillance room, the two guards who witnessed this were completely slumped in their chairs, staring blankly at the monitors showcasing the bodies.

The chief guard was already dead.

Most of the guards were dead too.

The remaining ones dared not act anymore.

Seeing that no one appeared within the sensing range of the Super Sensing Sketching ability for several minutes, Su Xin returned to the building, explored briefly, then included the two guards in the surveillance room within ten ters and killed them the sa way.

Thus, only the sixth floor, where the room with eight cages was located, and so guards hiding elsewhere on that floor remained alive.

Su Xin teleported to the sixth floor.

He appeared outside the cages.

"Bang bang!!"

Two shots destroyed the cara in the corner.

The gunshots awakened the five people in the cages.

Seeing Su Xin in a black robe holding a gun, the five huddled and shivered in the bed corner.

Su Xin casually looked at them:

"Tell , who are you?"

The five exchanged glances, none spoke.

Su Xin frowned, slowly sweeping the gun over them, saying indifferently:

"Answer my question obediently, and I might release you; otherwise, you'll end up like everyone else here; you'll all die."

One person summoned courage and asked:

"Aren't you the staff here? Did you kill the people here?"

"That's right, quickly answer my question!"

"I'll tell you, my na is Nie Dingwen; I'm from Dongshu Country and was traveling to Tongwa City when I woke to find myself here, injected with nurous needles by people in white coats, and locked in a cage. Any resistance or disobedience results in being shocked, and now I don't even know how many days have passed outside."

"These cages used to hold other people, but every one or two days, soone undergoes so abnormal change; so even die directly and dragged away by the staff, then new people are locked in."

"I've been here for about half a month, and I've seen more than a dozen people get dragged away myself."

"We're certainly being used for human experints, big brother! Please save us!"

Su Xin stepped to the cage, shot at the lock, which perhaps was not very sturdy, and shattered it with one shot.

Seeing this, the young man nad Nie Dingwen was surprised and delighted; seeing Su Xin retreat a few steps, he cautiously walked to the front of the cage, pulled off the broken lock, and tentatively stepped out.

Su Xin ignored him, looking at the others:

"What about you? What's your situation?"

Perhaps because there was Nie Dingwen's example, or because they knew staying in the cage would lead to death sooner or later, they scrambled to introduce their situations.

Similar to Nie Dingwen, three of these people were tourists from foreign lands, so were taken while sleeping, others abducted on the street, and one was a regular company employee from a nearby city, with simple family connections, who was captured on the way ho after working overti one night.

Yet, these people only vaguely knew they were used as experintal subjects, with no idea about the specifics of the experint.

They weren't even aware of Superpower Users' existence.

"The building's guards have mostly been killed by ; only this floor has two guards hiding. Next, wherever you want to go, think for yourselves..."

While saying this, Su Xin was about to teleport away when he suddenly realized that these five people were excellent business targets, rescuing them would certainly bring him a lot of karma points, so he added:

"Wait, the guards I just killed have guns on them; I'll get so guns for you."

"Great, thank you, big brother!"

Nie Dingwen nodded repeatedly.

The others also prepared to thank him.

But in the next mont, they witnessed a chilling scene — the figure cloaked in a black robe in front of them abruptly vanished.

"This..."

"Where... where did he go?"

"This couldn't be a dream, right? Makes sense, I knew there's no such good thing; how could soone co to save us..."

One of them pinched hard on their thigh, cried out in pain, eyes widening.

"Not a dream?!"

"My God! Soone really saved us? Just now...did you also see a person in a black robe standing here?"

"Of course, we saw him; otherwise, who saved us?"

"So that scene was real? That person... disappeared in a flash?"

"Incredible! Real abilities exist in the world?"

"That must be the Instant Teleportation Superpower, like in movies, so powerful!"

"That big brother is really a good person, not only saved us but also provided us with guns."

Excitedly talking, the group grew increasingly enthusiastic, not only because they saw the Instant Teleportation Superpower User but also realizing they truly had a chance to escape.
