Perhaps because it was too quiet, Wenn Cen always felt that the sound of Qiann Yan’s pen was too loud, and he couldn’t concentrate on the test paper at all.
Beads of sweat dripped down from his forehead, and his heart grew increasingly tense.
In the end, Wenn Cen gritted his teeth, tried to calm himself, and started working on the test paper. His performance at midterm was abnormal, but it didn’t matter as long as he did well in the finals.
He gradually got used to the sound of Qiann Yan writing as background noise and started focusing on the questions. He didn’t know how much ti had passed when the sound of Qiann Yan’s pen suddenly stopped.
Wenn Cen was taken aback and instinctively glanced at Qiann Yan’s position, only to see that she was no longer focused on the test paper.
Could it be that she had finished?
Wenn Cen checked the ti, his face turning pale. With slightly trembling hands, he continued working on the test. Impossible! He had seen it, this test was much harder than the midterm, it couldn’t be completed so quickly.

He didn’t intend to cheat, just wanted to see if the top student had finished. Shouting again and again, conjuring spirits or sothing?
After several days of exams, Wenn Cen had lost a lot of weight.
At the dinner table, Wenn Hanshipu was very worried, making all kinds of efforts to get Wenn Cen to eat and nourish himself, occasionally glancing at Qiann Yan. Seeing her rosy cheeks and good appetite, his eyes dimd.
Qiann Yan looked up, Wenn Hanshipu hurriedly served food to Feng Shuqing, seemingly afraid Qiann Yan would say sothing to embarrass him again.

She originally had a bit of resentnt towards Wenn Cen, for daring to covet her property.
But caring for Wenn Cen in front of Qiann Yan made her feel a little better, letting that ungrateful wolf know he stood no chance with her.
"Little Cen has really been through a tough ti lately," Feng Shuqing said, "Hanshu, during the holidays, have Auntie make so nourishing food for Little Cen. This can’t go on, you have to love your body as much as you love learning."
Wenn Hanshipu replied with a smile, "I know, Little Cen works so hard because he wants to achieve excellent results."
"This child is so sensible, he even disregards his health for the sake of learning." Feng Shuqing continued with her sarcastic remarks.
Qiann Yan didn’t pay much attention; she didn’t feel like bantering with anyone right now.
She glanced at Wenn Cen’s position, noticing that he didn’t look well, apparently aware that his final results might not be as ideal as he hoped.
A few days later, the final results were issued, with the scores sent to Wenn Hanshipu and Feng Shuqing’s phones respectively.
Feng Shuqing looked at the unread ssage on her phone, and just by seeing the na of the sender, she had no interest in opening it.
This was Ran Wei, the horoom teacher’s phone number. She was responsible for notifying parents of the students’ grades and situations.
Feng Shuqing hadn’t looked at Qiann Yan’s grades for a long ti. Anyway, every ti she looked, it brought humiliation, so she simply stopped checking to avoid aggravating herself.
Because of the recent incidents, she didn’t want this ungrateful daughter, and she certainly wouldn’t pay attention to her grades.
Anyway, once she turns eighteen, she’ll drive that ungrateful wolf out, no matter how much she begs, she won’t relent.
If she had known it would turn out like this, she should have just gotten rid of the child back then, and none of these troubles would exist.
