Almighty Father System Chapter 257: Lily Hits Critical Damage & Ceasefire

Leo and Lily rode back to the mansion and when Leo parked the bike inside the garage, the little girl took off her helt and said, "Baba, I thought bikes used to go fast, but you were moving so slowly."

Leo chuckled and said, "Because, Lily is a little girl it is not safe to have her ride bikes. Your mother did us a favor by agreeing for the Karts. Let us not push our luck, okay?"

Lily giggled and said, "Baba, you are so scared of Ma."

Leo put up a bitter smile and asked, "So, do you have any ideas what you want to make for the science fair?"

Lily shook her head and replied, "I think Baba will help co up with a good idea. It is just an exhibition and not a competition. The older children will be working hard for the prize as they get scholarships from colleges."

Leo nodded and wanted to nod when the system spoke up, ’Ping: Host if you manage to get your daughter a chance to stand out in the science fair then you will receive a golden summon card. The summoned person would aid the scientific front of the business and will be ninety-nine percent loyal to you.’

Leo sighed and then he said, "Well, little goblin, how about we go in and think it over while eating?"

Lily nodded and then she climbed over Leo’s shoulder like a monkey and said, "Onward!!"

Leo chuckled and imitated a horse as he jogged ahead. The garden of the mansion echoed with the gentle laughter of the little girl and the guards all smiled at the scene.

A few minutes later, Leo, Lily were eating lunch while Clara attended them, but the two were silent, and Clara could tell they were thinking sothing. Leo suddenly said, "Idea!"

Lily looked up at him and said, "Idea!"

Leo tilted his head and asked, "What idea did you get?"

Lily tilted her head as well while maintaining eye contact, "It is your idea, I am just cheering to raise your morale, Baba."

Leo was again left between laughter and tears, while Clara chuckled at the antics of this little one.

The young man nodded and said, "Well, I have decided what we will make for the project."

Lily asked curiously, "What is it Baba?"

Leo replied, "How about Oobleck?"

Lily took a mont and slowly pronounced, "Oobleck?"

Leo nodded and took out his phone to show her so videos on the social dia. Lily reacted, "Ewww, this is so slimy."

Leo chuckled and replied, "No, it is not slimy, it is a substance that does not follow the laws flow. Like how if we apply force on water or any other liquid that substance will not change its state. However, this Oobleck will beco solid if you apply abrupt force. Did you see how the lady was able to run across a full swimming pool of this material? Would you be able to do that with water?"

Lily shook her head and said, "While it sounds fancy, but I don’t want to run across a pool of this sli."

Leo sighed, his daughter had never made things hard for him, but this ti it was tricky. Then while he was talking to her about various ideas, suddenly, his gaze fell on the lemon placed in the dish, and he said, "I know what we will make."

Lily looked at him unimpressed and said, "Baba, this is the fifth ti."

Leo almost clenched his chest as his heart was about to explode, and he said, "Well, this one you will like."

Lily kept looking at him to continue. Leo cleared his throat and said, "I made this project with my Baba when I was in elentary school."

His words caught Lily’s attention and her eyes lit up. The young man said, "We made a volcano."

Lily opened her eyes wide and asked, "What do you an?"

Leo took out his phone and again showed her the video and when the video finished, Lily exclaid, "Grandpa was so cool to think of this."

Leo sensed that his lips were twitching from this attack and he said, "Yes, so my darling, we will start in the evening, till then, Baba will go out and buy the stuff we need to make it. Looking at the ti Symphony should be coming over, how about you finish your howork with her when she has finished eating and rested?"

Lily nodded and then she held Leo’s hand and led him to the door, and said, "I will watch the video on my tab till then, co back soon."

Leo smiled and opened the door, but when he closed the door, he couldn’t help but clench his chest and took a few deep breaths before he cald down and headed to the store to buy all the things that he needed for the experintal volcano.

It took him a couple of hours to co back with the supplies and then he found Lily all ready to get to the project. Leo chuckled and said, "Little goblin, we can make it tomorrow, as it is a holiday."

Lily was stunned and then she exclaid, "Yes! I forgot! I will go and play with Momo and Sister Symphony."

Then she picked up her cat and went to the backyard with Symphony and Zeenat. Momo had completely dosticated so she never ran out and stayed close to Lily.

Leo set up all the supplies in the work room he had, when he ca out he found Snow sitting on the couch, and he sat down next to her as he lifted her legs and placed them in his lap and began to massage them. Snow looked at him and said, "Do you know what the police has concluded while investigating in the murder of a foreigner, Kastya Luger?"

Leo shook his head and said, "I didn’t expect them to co to a conclusion this soon."

Snow rolled her eyes and said, "They found three bullets but they derived that the bullets diverted after colliding with the glass and thus they cannot determine the exact spot. They found that it was sothing that was done by an extrely high level person and thus the investigation has been handed over to the Special Cri Units. They are looking for any big shot rcenary entering the country. Also, they are trying to find if the Primal Family has any connections to this ss."

Leo nodded and then he said, "I can provide them with the evidence they would need to put Socrate inside the prison."

Snow frowned and then she said, "We can use Yelena to handle this, she is a forr agent so she might know soone and would sound credible."

Leo thought about it and nodded. Then Snow continued speaking, "Secondly, no more blood shed until it is absolutely necessary."

The young man nodded and asked, "This reminded , what is going on with Matilda Luger? I am sure that she is aware of what happened to Kastya, how co she hasn’t taken any actions yet?"

Snow replied calmly, "Because Luger Family is involved in a big oil pipeline deal with the governnt so they are holding back at the mont, however, once the project is settled, she will co seeking blood. You broke her favorite two objects."

Leo shook his head and said, "The Primals did this."

Then he looked around and asked, "What do you think we should do about Symphony? She is smart enough to know what is happening with the Primal family, so even if she is illegitimate ward, we might still be able to get her so compensation from those people."

Snow shook her head in denial and spoke softly, "The day Carole died, Clara cried and she asked if you had done it. I didn’t say anything but she believed that you have done it and thus that monster was gone back to hell where he belonged. I asked her if she wanted to go and change the job, but the lady insisted that I never bring that question up again, as she would work for us to repay the favor."

Leo shook his head and replied, "I have no idea how a woman thinks. So, as long as she wants to work, it is all fine."

Snow nodded and the two discussed these things at great length.

Bishop Primal found out about how The Counselor died and then Kastya persihed to a bullet. He frowned and his fingers began to dance on the armrest of his wheelchair. Amor didn’t say anything, but after a few minutes, Bishop said, "Amor, do you think that Lugers will send soone else?"

Amor shook his head and replied, "They are tied down by the swastika governnt at the mont. They cannot spare any ti. This battle was a draw, and the war has entered ceasefire."

Bishop looked up at the ceiling and then said, "Tell the youngsters, if they wish to settle the inheritance battle, the deadline is six months."

Amor was surpised but he nodded, and asked, "What would happen to Master Socrates then?"
