The little person on the bed suddenly made a soft sound. With eyes laden with cold water, they opened and drowsily looked at Su Li, a bit dazed for a mont.
Tuanzi wrapped in a quilt, with bright big eyes forced wide open with excitent, raspily murmured in a babyish voice, "Wow, Mama has co into Tuanzi’s dream again. Mama, I’ve been very good lately, not making trouble at school."
Upon hearing this, Su Li was almost moved to tears.
He actually thought he was just dreaming, which was why he could see her.
Su Li rushed over, grabbed Tuanzi’s small hand, about to eagerly say that she truly was Mama.
Suddenly, a great force from within her body began frantically pulling her back.
Su Li suddenly realized she was likely about to be returned.
Tuanzi stretched out a small hand to hold her, crying out desperately, "Don’t go, Mama, don’t go, I’ll be good."
Su Li wanted to say sothing, but a flash of white light appeared before her eyes, and her vision turned dark...
Tuanzi stared blankly at the empty infirmary, where only he remained, as tears fell with a "plop".
So in the dream, Mama leaves so quickly.
The door creaked open, and a tall figure stood in the sunlight.
Tuanzi’s eyes lit up, but when he looked up, the excitent disappeared from his face, and he mumbled, "Uncle."
The man in a black suit walked in, his gaze indifferent, "Hmm."
"Why is Uncle here?"
Tuanzi was a bit depressed. In his dreams, he most disliked the an Uncle appearing, so why had he co into his dream again?
"Here for the parent-teacher eting."
The nurse ca out with a prepared fever-reducing injection, glanced at the handso gentleman, and said, "Are you the child’s guardian? Hold him down and give him the injection to reduce the fever."
The instant the needle pierced his bottom, Tuanzi couldn’t help crying out, and only then did he realize... it wasn’t a dream!
Then where’s Mama?
Could it be he was hallucinating?
"Co in," the man said.
Wang Shengjie walked in, wiping tears, nervously looking at them.
The man looked down at him, a faint, elegant smile on his face, though it was cold and didn’t reach his eyes, "Take off your clothes and give them to Tuanzi."
Wang Shengjie sobbed, wondering what kind of world it was now? Adults bullying kids. Even wanting to take his clothes.
The worst part was, he couldn’t afford to offend his parents!
Wang Shengjie took off his clothes and gave them to Tuanzi to put on.
Tuanzi pouted, whispered, "A bit big, and a bit slly." But he could make do with it.
The man looked down at Tuanzi, his voice clear as flowing water, "You rest here, I’ll attend the parent-teacher eting in the classroom."
As Tuanzi saw the man about to leave, he couldn’t help reaching out to tug on the man’s tailored suit, looking at him expectantly, "Uncle, don’t you like Tuanzi?"
In the infirmary, there was silence for a few seconds, and the man replied, "It’s not that I don’t like you."
Tuanzi pouted, muttering in his heart.
How could that be?
He clearly doesn’t like him.
The man turned his head, looking deeply at him, with an expression Tuanzi couldn’t comprehend, and he said, "To be exact, I resent your existence."
Tuanzi’s grape-like eyes widened several tis, staring in stunned silence at the extraordinarily handso man.
The man gently brushed away his hand and walked out of the infirmary.
The infirmary beca exceptionally quiet again, with only the lingering sll of disinfectant in the air.

Pain, all over.
Su Li couldn’t open her eyes, but only this one awareness.
So painful.
From head to toe, the pain was intense.
