Su Li found it amusing to hear that; he really had the nerve to say that Tian Zhuang was treating them to dinner.
Most likely, Mr. Tian was now sitting on edge, trembling and wondering how he had offended Feng Huaijin.
The car arrived at the entrance of the agreed-upon five-star riverside restaurant, and Su Li gently furrowed her brows, clutching Feng Huaijin’s sleeve.
He lowered his head and looked at Su Li with concern, asking softly, "What’s wrong?"
"I drank too much waterlon juice; I want to go to the restroom first."
Feng Huaijin nodded and said, "Then go ahead, I’ll head to the private room first."
Su Li, carrying her small bag, went to the restroom and faintly heard so amorous sounds coming from the next stall.
Su Li imdiately felt very awkward. Who on earth would do such things in a restroom?
Su Li’s face hardened; she knocked on the door of the neighboring stall and said coldly, "If you can’t hold back, go get a room. At the very least, please go to the n’s restroom next door!"
Upon realizing there was a man in the won’s restroom, Su Li no longer wished to use it. She headed to the outside sink to wash her hands, preparing to move to another restroom.
Her hands just got wet with the cold water when she saw a man and a woman walking out from the won’s restroom, both with flushed faces and amorous expressions, clearly showing what they’d been up to.
"Su Li?! What are you doing here?"
The woman’s voice rose sharply, and unintentionally, it carried a bit of an edge.
Su Li looked up, and a disdainful expression gradually erged on her face.
She wondered who it could be, and lo and behold, it was Chu Lianxin and Chen Xiang, whom she hadn’t seen for a month. She wasn’t surprised they did such things in a restroom.
Chu Lianxin showed no sha at being caught by Su Li; instead, she looked at her angrily and said, "Why do you always spoil things between Brother Xiang and ?"
Su Li looked at the two of them blankly, thinking how unlucky it was to run into them here.
Chu Lianxin suddenly clung to Chen Xiang’s arm, watching Su Li vigilantly, her voice laced with smugness as she said, "Su Li, I heard your graduation trip was only to Yanjing? So pitiful, just dostic travel? Brother Xiang and I traveled to several countries in Europe for a month. I took a lot of photos; want to see them?"
Su Li smiled slightly, her presence radiant: "No need, Lianxin, enjoy your first trip abroad. I’ve been to all the countries in Europe myself."
Chu Lianxin’s face changed with anger, glaring fiercely at Su Li.
She was furious inside, thinking how dare Su Li mock her for traveling abroad for the first ti at this age...
Chu Lianxin tightly gripped Chen Xiang’s arm. Chen Xiang felt the painful squeeze, daring not to show his anger, trying his best to endure the discomfort.
Chu Lianxin shifted the conversation, deliberately saying, "We were planning to continue traveling, but I need to co back with Brother Xiang to prepare for the engagent banquet."
Chu Lianxin felt sowhat boastful, thinking that Su Li must feel like needles were piercing her heart after losing a man, right?
But Chu Lianxin was sowhat disappointed to not see a dramatic change in Su Li’s expression.
Su Li snorted inwardly, only Chu Lianxin would treasure Chen Xiang like that.
Su Li didn’t care at all, smiling softly at the two of them: "Really? Well, you two should prepare well for the engagent banquet. Because if it were , I’d be worried about retaking exams."
Seeing Su Li’s indifferent tone as she washed her hands, Chu Lianxin was nearly angered to madness.
Su Li really had a venomous tongue!
She actually ridiculed her poor college entrance exam scores...
