Feng Huaijin’s body stiffened slightly, starting from the wrist grasped by Su Li’s jade-like hand, and blushed as it spread all over.
Half of Su Li’s face was buried under the grey spring blanket, and she murmured softly, "Tuanzi, stop it."
Her small hand reached out to the center of the bed, seemingly because it couldn’t find Tuanzi’s small body.
Su Li rolled over in a daze, mumbling as if scolding a child, "Sleep quietly!"
Feng Huaijin looked down at Su Li’s already asleep face, which was unusually beautiful.
"Su Li, I wasn’t the one who initiated this."

The morning sunlight was gentle, warm without being scorching, and though it wasn’t glaring, it made Su Li’s eyes slightly uncomfortable.
Still in her dream, Su Li raised her hand to rub her eyes, which hurt from the light.
Su Li mumbled incoherently, "Tuanzi, don’t make noise, let sleep a bit more."
As she spoke, her mind seed to return slowly. She suddenly opened her watery eyes and saw the handso face in front of her, now much closer.
He had his eyes closed, with eyelashes curled like butterfly wings.
And she was nestled entirely in his arms.
Su Li’s brain was blank for a few seconds, then she jolted awake, her cheeks blushing. She sat up abruptly, exclaiming, "F-Feng Huaijin, what are you doing?"
Feng Huaijin rubbed his brow slightly, his voice hoarse with the morning rasp, "What do you an, what am I doing?"
Su Li exclaid, blushing furiously, "You still ask! Didn’t you promise yesterday? You said you’d keep your distance, no touching, and now you’re breaking your promise."
Feng Huaijin ran his hand through his tousled hair and was now fully awake.
He raised an eyebrow with interest, looking at Su Li and asked playfully, "Shouldn’t I be asking you this? Su Li, what exactly are your intentions?!"
Su Li was bewildered by his teasing counter-question. Her intentions towards him?
Su Li then belatedly looked down; she had moved over to his side in her sleep. When she woke up, her hand was still holding onto his arm tightly...
Su Li’s brain was at a standstill, but above her ca the man’s gentle and amused voice, "Miss Su, you’ve crossed the line."
Su Li: "..."
She had crossed the line.
It was she who crossed the line first.
It had nothing to do with him... the responsibility was all on her.
Su Li dumbfoundedly looked up at him, and Feng Huaijin, leaning against the head of the bed, gazed at her with interest, "So, how do you plan to resolve this?"
His gaze made Su Li feel incredibly shy.
Su Li stamred, "I-I-I didn’t do it on purpose. I thought I was holding Tuanzi... Where is my son?! Where did Tuanzi go?"
Startled, Su Li jumped off the bed instantly, barefooted, pacing back and forth in Feng Huaijin’s room, constantly calling Tuanzi’s na.
A big hand suddenly stretched out and he chuckled, "Stop calling, he’s already gone back."
Su Li felt a sense of loss hearing this. So he already left?
Su Li grabbed Feng Huaijin’s loose collar suddenly, looking at him suspiciously, "Mr. Qi, when did you know that Tuanzi went back? Last night?"
Feng Huaijin remained stone-faced, "I only knew this morning."
Really?
Su Li couldn’t find any trace of deception on Feng Huaijin’s calm face and had to let it go.
Su Li turned and walked towards the bathroom, and Feng Huaijin stretched his arm with a relieved expression.
Having been held by her all night, his arm was sore.
