I stayed awake for a few minutes after showering and eating. Then I lay down and drifted into a peaceful sleep, listening to the sound of the water.

He rose from his seat and hurried over to pull out a chair for so I could sit down. He adjusted it, then walked back to his place and sat across from .
"How are you?" I asked while the maid began serving us food.
"Just living," he replied, making sigh and nod.
"Listen, I’m really sorry for what I did back in the Lycan community," he continued, pouting slightly. "I was a coward and an opportunist. I thought if I was doing it for love, then it was worth it. Honestly, I had forgiven him.
I knew what he did was wrong, but he was not entirely wrong either. He could not have done anything.
