At this mont, the spear in her hand trembled, and she suddenly felt there was an obstruction ahead. The girl was slightly taken aback and looked up, her fla-like eyes reflecting a few people.

Specifically, it was a small team of Knights.

'Pallas' Knight Order,' Qian's heart stirred. She knew very well that the Silver Rank Knights were the backbone of an army. If she could dismantle them first, then this war could end prematurely. Thinking of this, she imdiately charged towards them.

Unexpectedly, the other side reacted swiftly, almost imdiately perceiving her intention. Four or five knights quickly surrounded her.

'Fools.' Qian frowned, thinking to herself. These Knights should already be quite aware of her strength—Golden Peak, which was incomparable with these Silver Rank, lower-tier Knights. Yet, when these Knights rushed toward her, they did not hesitate at all. She only saw resolute determination in their eyes.

All of them were young—

Qian saw those young and so slightly nervous faces, and suddenly felt so reluctance. She was reminded of her fallen companions, and her hand montarily slowed down. The spear, which was originally filled with murderous intent, transford in its montum, knocking all the Knights off their horses.

She moved forward again, and from within the crowd erged a Knight completely encased in Armor.

'Hmm?'

Qian noticed that the Knight was only of Silver Level, but his experience was incredibly rich, as he managed to dodge her spear attack. Without much thought, the girl directly followed with another thrust, unexpectedly, the Knight parried her spear with a sword and simultaneously swung a sword towards her.

Qian felt a bit tense, instinctively believing the opponent was hiding the strength of a Golden warrior. She imdiately retracted her spear, no longer holding back, using a feint to deceive the opponent's center of gravity, then opened the opponent's sword with another strike, finally thrusting the spear into the opponent's chest armor.

The succession of three strikes left no room for pause, and with a crisp sound, the spear instantly pierced through the Armor, carrying a streak of White light puncturing the opponent.

'Advanced Magic Armor!?' As Qian pierced through the opponent's Armor, she imdiately sensed sothing was wrong. The Magic Armor worn by the opponent wasn't an ordinary Knight's Magic Armor, but a more advanced General-level Armor.

And within this army.

There was rely one person capable of wearing such Knight Armor.

Her heart was shocked, yet suddenly she sensed a stillness beside her. All of Jandener's Knights and soldiers engaged in combat seed to halt at that mont. Initially, it was only those beside her, but this sensation quickly rippled outwards like waves, causing the entire battlefield to miraculously stagnate.

"Lord Pallas!" A young man who had just climbed back up from the ground imdiately rushed to the Knight who had fallen under Qian's spear.

The elderly Knight coughing violently within the pool of blood.

His first action, however, was to remove his visor.

It was an old man's face—

Full of wrinkles, with snow-white eyebrows that seed to embody the hardships of this Kingdom, his dark, gray eyes seemingly having witnessed too many storms, he had seen Knights proudly charging into battle, seen the elder Knights leading young Knights towards an irreversible battlefield, witnessed Erune's glory and triumph, yet also witnessed failure, dusk, and the Kingdom's final decline.

Nonetheless, at this mont, such brilliance seed to rge into the eyes lost in the splendor of life, flickering, as if all of the past had returned.

Pallas smiled slightly.

He first weakly waved his hand towards the Knights around him, then lifted his head to ask Qian, "Little girl, where are you people really from? I don't believe you are rely ordinary… rebels…"

Qian suddenly found herself sowhat bewildered. Theoretically, the old man before her was their greatest enemy in this battle, yet at this mont, she found herself unable to refuse his question.

"I am an Eruein," she replied.

"Impossible, Golden Peak… Golden Peak… when did Erune produce such a young genius… a true… genius…" The old man shook his head weakly.

"I truly am an Eruein. I am a mountain person from within Jandener, I was once a rcenary, it was Lord who took in." Qian said earnestly.

"Such stubbornness, Eruein stubbornness, I believe you are an Eruein now," the old man smiled, yet within that smile seed to be the last iridescence: "However, for soone like you, a genius, why would you reside among rebels…"

"No, it's not about residing, Lord is more powerful than . But even so, he treats everyone very well, compared to Gruding, I think he is the best Lord." Qian replied seriously.

"Is that so? What is your Lord's na… cough, cough, na?"

"His na is Brand."

"Brand… Brand…"

Pallas closed his eyes, suddenly sighed deeply. He felt his limbs gradually growing cold, losing consciousness, breaths becoming difficult. But the old man had one last question. He gazed at the battlefield, blood flowing through the forest, it was all Eruein blood.

"You, here… ultimately… what… purpose?"

"I don't know. But Lord said he is here to save Erune."

"Save Erune?" Pallas seed to emit all radiance from his eyes, looking at Qian with complex gaze: "How to save it…?"

Qian shook her head directly: "I don't know, but I believe Lord can do it. Just as no one believes, your nobles can achieve that."

"Our nobles… our nobles… haha… cough, cough, cough…" The elderly Knight suddenly began laughing, using all his remaining strength, he shook his head: "Well said—Hear my order, my Knights… you must surrender."

This statent was like rolling thunder, stunning all the young Knights around him: "This is impossible, Lord, if you die here, we would also die here, this is our honor!"

"No," the old man weakly closed his eyes.

With each word paused, using all his remaining strength, he softly said: "You must surrender, this is for… Erune's Glory."

For Erune's ultimate radiance.
