At the mont of his hesitation, two Black Knight aides had already bypassed him and greeted Brando, who had been killing straight through. But the young man remained unfazed and instantly blew away the first Black Knight’s two-handed sword with a single strike — as if the Black Knight’s Level 20 Undead power of 5 energy levels was a fake.
Then he raised his sword high and struck at the junction between the Black Knight’s shoulder armor and neck. The Elf Sword descended like a silver, vertical line, and with a boom, directly smashed the Black Knight and his horse to the ground.
Brando turned around, punched the giant sword of the second Black Knight with his backhand, causing it to swing aside, then clamped his feet tightly to the horse’s belly, causing it to charge forward as he grabbed the hilt of the opponent’s sword — his right hand then pierced the opponent’s chest with his sword, dragging the Undead off the horse in one swoop.
He squinted and saw the -72 damage rising from the Black Knight’s head, wondering to himself how astonishing the Azure Light Piercing’s attack power was against dark creatures. However, seeing these nurical projections on his retina still felt rather strange.
Sotis he wondered if soone had installed a microcomputer in his brain when he crossed over, but of course, that was just a joke.
Brando dropped the Black Knight who had begun to burn from the inside, straightening up just in ti to face Sasar’s third aide. He exchanged a blow with the opponent and then knocked him off his horse with another strike.
With a swish, when the Black Knight fell from his horse, Brando noticed his sword had lifted a silver-gray necklace high. Reacting quickly, he grabbed it and was delighted to discover it was a Ghoul Necklace with 0.3 Power Level.
Actually, Brando still found it strange. The sub-magical equipnt in the ga should be similar to white board equipnt. Even Captain Level NPCs should at least have one item on hand, yet so far, he had only seen Roman’s Spider Ring, Swift Short Sword, and this Ghoul Necklace—
In fact, magical equipnt in the ga is generally distinguished by rarity. Black Iron’s tag indicates rarity as (alchemy), also known as sub-magical items.
Bronze’s tag indicates (Glow), so-called low magical items.
Brass’s tag indicates (Magic), this level is true magical items, like Brando’s Wind Queen’s Ring or Freya’s Fla Ring, which have at least one activatable magical power.
Silver’s tag indicates (Antique), this level is rare magical items, examples being Brando’s Azure Light Piercing. These magical items can, to a certain extent, even change the balance of power, already considered treasure-level.
Gold’s tag indicates (Fantasy), magical items at this level are certainly extolled in bard’s songs, or fantasy. Although many legends circulate, truly possessed items are exceedingly few—
Dark Gold’s tag indicates (Myth), this level’s true marker is ’mysterious,’ genuine rare equipnt — even Brando has only seen them with core mbers of a few major guilds. Of course, in the ga, an item marked as ’mysterious’ often signifies status.
As for Divine Artifacts, apart from the rcury Wand and a few notable ancient lost items, most are in the hands of those legendary beings. But besides those over-the-top items ntioned, low magical items marked ’Glow’ and sub-magical items marked ’alchemy’ are still quite common in the ga. In a high-magic world like Vorn, magic in wealthy places isn’t as mystifying as people imagine.
Yet after coming to this world and fighting Madara for so long, he hadn’t seen many items. Even fighting the Golden Tree boss didn’t yield any antique items. If it weren’t for the satisfactory gains from Girande’s Tomb, he’d really suspect there’s so difference between reality and the ga.
However, the Ghoul Necklace dropped by the Black Knight today made him feel a bit relieved. It seems that the Golan-Elsen Region was indeed a backwater area.

The self-defense corps was driving the shattered skeleton soldiers into a valley. Brando’s order was not to let a single Undead escape, but it seed he didn’t need to say this. These citizens and soldiers, terrified for a day and night, would voluntarily act accordingly.
She and other key personnel only needed to maintain order during the pursuit, preventing excessive chaos that could injure their own people.
Frey rode her horse up, passing a gravel beach where she saw a skeleton soldier with a broken leg crawling from the ground. She was about to finish him off when a figure swiftly rushed down and struck the skeleton.
That person stopped, revealing herself to be Su, wearing a leather skirt—
"Su?"
The bronzed-skinned girl rode over with concern, quietly asking, "Frey, are you wounded?"
"I’m fine. Have you seen Brando?" Frey turned her head, realizing she had already crossed to the other side of the canyon with the self-defense corps.
"Him? That guy who doesn’t dare accept knight challenges. Why are you so concerned about him?" Su thought for a mont, then replied.
"Knight challenge?" The female knight’s long ponytail paused.
