Brand indeed prepared for a major move.

After experiencing a series of encounters in the Shafren Mine, silver, like blood injected into veins, brought vitality to the territory.

At the sa ti, the benefits gained from the Rune Dwarves' Sanctuary had far exceeded everyone's expectations, and Brand soon found himself capable of handling even greater challenges.

But it wasn't just challenges—

Because challenges also symbolized opportunities, just like risk and reward always coexist. At this mont, Brand set his sights on the farther North, deciding to give the nobles a louder voice.

A voice about the rise of an erging power.

As part of the whole plan, this newly risen force must quickly prove itself to this ancient kingdom, whether it was to warn the enemies or to instill confidence in potential allies.

Brand considered that his letter should have reached Princess Griffine's hands by now.

For whatever reason, Sir Min Tai's crushing defeat news was the first to reach the hands of Count Jandener.

It was also simultaneously delivered to the Royal Cavalry Academy, right onto the redwood desk in front of the Princess—

The Half-Elf Princess's slender, dense eyelashes drooped slightly. She sat upright in a red velvet high-back chair, looking at the two reports on the desk—specifically, a letter and a piece of intelligence written on parchnt. Today, she wore a well-tailored military uniform, but this specially-made silver uniform instead accentuated the girl's frail, tender, and graceful curves, adding a touch of military seriousness and vigor to this sense of frailty—

Griffine did not speak. Her light silver eyes occasionally blinked gently. After a while, she lightly tapped the desk with her fingers, bringing herself back from this rare mont of intense concentration.

She raised her head.

Nesia and Ou Fuweiver were not present, standing before the desk were others. In fact, she only recognized one of them—the Half-Elf Princess nodded towards the old man.

"Teacher."

The elderly man in a Scholar's robe was the court Master Liwu. At the mont, he displayed none of the arrogance he showed towards Brand, but bowed respectfully.

This Princess was his most prized disciple, but also the hope for the Royalist revival. Though he held absolute authority when imparting knowledge, at tis like this, he had to show the humility a subject should have.

"Your Highness, Princess."

Princess Griffine smiled gently, her gaze sweeping over the others one by one. She hadn't seen these people before but recognized each of their identities.

The only young man, who looked spirited but sowhat at a loss, was Ecco.

The calm middle-aged man standing beside the young man, although weathered, still carried an air of nobility—the Half-Elf Girl rembered seeing him once when she was very young. She guessed this must be Makaro.

Deceitful Fox Marko.

Once the leader of the Royalist.

Then, the man beside him, with long hands that clearly showed he trained in swordsmanship for a long ti. Griffine smiled slightly, this was Cross Hand Bujia.

The last person, without a doubt, was that reputedly unique noble, the unconventional Count Violet. Though the Half-Elf Princess had never t Bali, she had heard of him.

Her gaze lingered on these four one by one, based on traces from previous reports and her keen observational skills; there was no need for Liwu to introduce these illustrious guests.

The son of Duke Lantoniyan, the current-generation successor of the Cross Sword, a forr Royalist leader, and the famously cunning Count Bali.

These people were indeed renowned.

Especially the youngest, Ecco.

Lantoniyan, although a small duchy on the border of Ambeser and Anlek, Duke Lune's support was crucial to this Princess under the current situation.

Fortunately, Duke Lantoniyan and Duke Anlek traditionally did not get along, and this animosity had long since escalated into hatred.

Griffine's gaze lingered on Ecco's face for a second longer.

This special treatnt made the young man's face redden. He had not yet adjusted to his new identity—anyone would feel bewildered going from an obscure rcenary to a high-status noble suddenly.
