Otarais' thod is simple. Since Divine Blood invades and devours the original soul, this is essentially a war happening on the ntal level.
One way is to eliminate Divine Blood, but if that's not feasible, then considering another way is also worth trying.
The suggestion from the Heroic Spirit of the Female Knight is to find a way to strengthen Qian's soul.
And when it cos to strengthening soone's soul, undoubtedly it's about training the power of the soul and spirit. In this aspect, few surpass Wizards and Elental Mages.
Otarais told Brand that she rembered another special use of the Golden Apple, which suddenly gave her this idea. Because the Golden Apple is also known as Fairy Language, the most precious gift to Wizards and Elental Mages.
However, even if one uses this thod to temper the soul, it's not a simple task. For indigenous people like Qian, leveling up isn't as easy as it is for Brand, who just needed experience to soar; this requires a long process.
But for Qian, even with the blessing of the Golden Apple, it can only buy her one or two years at most.
Otarais' suggestion is for Qian to compete with Divine Blood for the power of the Golden Apple. This is equally difficult, as the rate of absorbing power is different. Unless Qian reaches the Enlightennt Elent Level standard of a Wizard or an Elental Mage within two years, this proposal is sowhat unrealistic.
To reach the Elental Level standard of an Elental Mage within two years—
Brand shook his head at the thought.
Nonetheless, having a thod is better than having none. Although urging soone to the Elental Level standard of an Elental Mage is challenging, it's not entirely impossible; at least Brand knows so extrely stringent thods to achieve it.
But as things stand now, he can only try his best.
Of course, he didn't tell anyone about this, instead, he kept it buried in his heart.
Finally, Brand gently closed the door, disha, Furlo, and Char followed him out of the room. Although Qian had temporarily recovered, her body was still weak and not suitable for being disturbed. The young man arranged for Antitina to stay with her.
And of course, he didn't wake Little Roman who was sleeping sweetly—not that he didn't want to, but because of the red-haired girl's intention.
"Let her sleep a little longer then," Brand thought, actually feeling a bit sorry for Little Roman. The self-proclaid rchant girl's work was heavier than his in Shafelund, and after returning here, she accompanied Qian day and night.
Brand rubbed his sowhat tight temples; although temporary, the Golden Apple at least settled one of his concerns. It's just he didn't know what "seasoning" the little girl dragon added on it, and couldn't discern for the ti being.
"Lord."
Char called from behind. The young Wizard follower was still pressing a hand on his abdon, grimacing and bending over, but his expression was more serious now.
Brand glanced at him and then turned his head to move forward. "Speak." He answered.
"The frequency of people coming from the direction of Pallas has increased significantly."
"There, Fir City?" Brand asked.
"No, this is intelligence from the Red Copper Dragon."
"Mintai?"
Char nodded.
"Oh?" Brand felt sowhat surprised; this was the first ssage he received from the Red Copper Dragon's group in so many days.
Although in the letter the young man arranged for the "Amber Sword" to exploit and occupy Sir Min Tai's old lair, Minsi Castle, he couldn't confirm if the Red Copper Dragon's group would follow his arrangents.
Once people have power, they tend to inflate with self-importance; perhaps Reto wouldn't, but it was uncertain about the people around him.
Brand slowly showed an interested expression, letting Char report the intelligence from over there. From the young Wizard's mouth, the young man learned the whole story:
After Sir Min Tai dispatched troops, the master of the castle was his eldest son. To prevent this son from eliminating his other brothers in his absence, Sir Min Tai left almost no troops in the castle.
This gave Reto and others an excellent opportunity. They launched a night raid, which their opponents never expected them to be so bold, resulting in all being captured.
After gaining control of Minsi Castle, the Red Copper Dragon's approach mirrored Brand's. He used Sir Min Tai's eldest son as a puppet, first gathering all Sir Min Tai's house servants—estate owners, gentry, including the Holy Temple monks of the Mintai Region—and seized them all at a so-called "banquet."
